Strengths of the Straw Hat Pirates III

This blog entry is a continuation of Strengths of the Straw Hat Pirates and Strengths of the Straw Hat Pirates II.

With Franky (Furanki, aka Cutty Flam (Kati Furam)) joining the Straw Hats as their Shipwright, now we shall see where he stands in the list of whether which Straw Hats is stronger.

As he was introduced only at Water 7, this means that he was not even present at the two battles in Arabasta and Skypiea. Thus said, it is hard to determine his strength with this lack of data. However, we shall go ahead and use the Enies Lobby battle and amount of his Bounty to determine his strength. He will not be included in the Arabasta and Skypiea lists, because he was not even there.

With this said, let's have the Arabasta and Skypiea lists:

1st: Luffy
2nd: Robin
3rd: Zoro
4th: Nami
5th: Sanji
6.5th: Usopp/Chopper

1st: Luffy
2nd: Zoro
3rd: Sanji
4th: Chopper
5th: Robin
6th: Nami
7th: Usopp

Now, as for the Enies Lobby battle, we shall list the CP9 agents in order of their strength (aka Douriki).

Lucci
Kaku
Jyabura
Blueno
Kumadori
Fukurou
Kalifa
Nero
Spandam

Fill it up with who defeated who:

Lucci - Luffy
Kaku - Zoro
Jyabura - Sanji
Blueno - Luffy
Kumadori - Chopper
Fukurou - Franky
Kalifa - Nami
Nero - Franky
Spandam - Robin

And the list becomes:

1st: Luffy
2nd: Zoro
3rd: Sanji
4th: Chopper
5th: Franky
6th: Nami
7th: Robin
8th: Usopp/Sogeking

And now, our bounty list:

Luffy - 300 million Beli
Zoro - 120 million Beli
Robin - 80 million Beli
Sanji - 77 million Beli
Franky - 44 million Beli
Sogeking - 30 million Beli
Nami - 16 million Beli
Chopper - 50 Beli

And this means that:

1st: Luffy
2nd: Zoro
3rd: Robin
4th: Sanji
5th: Franky
6th: Usopp/Sogeking
7th: Nami
8th: Chopper

If we find the average of the four (two only for Franky) numbers each character has:

Luffy = (1+1+1+1)/4 = 1
Zoro = (3+2+2+2)/4 = 2.25
Sanji = (5+3+3+4)/4 = 3.75
Robin = (2+5+7+3)/4 = 4.25
Franky = (5+5)/2 = 5
Chopper = (6.5+4+4+8)/4 = 5.625
Nami = (4+6+6+7)/4 = 5.75
Usopp = (6.5+7+8+6)/4 = 6.875

Franky is the 5th strongest, behind Robin. Chopper overtook Nami, due to Chopper being able to defeat Kumadori (who is stronger than Fukurou, who Franky defeated), but Nami losing to Franky at both CP9 and bounty lists. So Chopper becomes 6th and Nami becomes 7th. Usopp is still the weakest. Be glad Luffy accepted you back, nagahana-kun.

ADDITIONS:

Wonder what would happen if we only use the Enies Lobby and Bounty lists...

1st: Luffy
2nd: Zoro
3rd: Sanji
4th: Chopper
5th: Franky
6th: Nami
7th: Robin
8th: Usopp/Sogeking

1st: Luffy
2nd: Zoro
3rd: Robin
4th: Sanji
5th: Franky
6th: Usopp/Sogeking
7th: Nami
8th: Chopper

Luffy = (1+1)/2 = 1
Zoro = (2+2)/2 = 2
Sanji = (3+4)/2 = 3.5
Robin = (7+3)/2 = 5
Franky = (5+5)/2 = 5
Chopper = (4+8)/2 = 6
Nami = (6+7)/4 = 6.5
Usopp = (8+6)/4 = 7

Almost the same, but Robin and Franky are tied forth.

Gym With Dave

My mother seriously nags too much... (Edit made on 27 March 2008: Here, a quote by Shikamaru Nara from Naruto. "From the second I wake up, it's nag, nag, nag...")

Unable to stand the noise, I called Dave at the morning whether he wants to go to the gym or not. He agreed and we decided to meet at 2pm.

Later, he SMSed (Short Message Service o.O) me and said that he has to go at 2.30pm, due to his mother asking him to do housework. I replied with a Singlish SMS, "What the bloody hell! You win already lor!"

Went to the gym at 2.30pm. Bugger still not there yet. Called him like seven to eight times. He didn't answer. Bloody hell. He arrived at 2.40pm. Bastard, he's always late.

So we went in, bought a ticket (which he treated ) and changed clothes. Wanted to train arm strength, but "有心无力" (Chinese proverb that literally means "have heart no energy", which means that someone has the will to do something but not enough strength), so I ended up doing a bit, got a lot tired -.-, and went to train leg strength a bit, then do some agility like running. Bloody hell, wasted. -.-

Left at 4.45pm. Went to eat KFC, then couldn't decide what to do next. Asked if he wanna play LAN, but the bugger refused, so we walked around not knowing what to do.

Then he finally gave in and we went to play LAN. =3

He said he wanted to play something else other than Warcraft III, but I just snatched his mouse away and helped him clicked Warcraft III. :P

Wanted to play X Hero Siege, but he wanted to play DotA. Again, snatched his mouse. :D

I played Paladin, he played Blademaster. He kept sending me against the waves, so I leveled faster than him. =3

Due to his HP being low, he kept dying while I was away (buying Amulets of the Wild, defending against waves, etc.), so the monsters always create a "choke point" where their population density is HIIIIIIIIIGH. Also, I leveled faster too. =3

So, wanting to do something against the "choke point", I rushed forward and destroyed the three towers in one lane, with my pwnage Pure Light. =D Killed the three tower bosses easily, then went on to the "Fortress". Summoned a Furbolg Warrior to War Stomp the Mag-Darkness thingy (Fortress Boss) to disable it, and easily killed it. Yay, one lane gone.

Next, I went to Hero Image, leaving Dave alone with one lane. Easy. Pure Light pwns, Divine Light (or something like that, Paladin's Level 20 Skill) makes me faster, Cry of Fear or something like that weakens the enemy and decreases his HIGH armour, Devotion Aura to make sure I don't die easily and Healing Light (or something) to save Dave's ass. XD

Cleared all four, went to Special Arena for 2000 kills, and my inventory ended up something like Lightning Sword (2000 kills special arena reward), Red Sword (the one you can buy from castle, increase attack damage by 300, splash, and active ability to increase attack by 25% like Roar), Shield (that makes you revive when you die infinite times, along with other effects) and Ring of Superiority (Devotion Aura, Command Aura, Endurance Aura and Unholy Aura).

Cleared the last lane. Used Pure Light and Mirror Images against the towers with Ghouls. Killed the side towers but main was invulnerable without main heroes going in. Dave guarded the castle while I rushed in the right lane and easily clear it. Those powerful Ghouls come and he uses Mirror Images to handle. I quickly crush the tower (Pure Light pwns ) and rushed southwards back to castle to help. I then rushed the left lane, defeating Ghouls along the way, and finished the second one.

Went back to Castle. Final Wave in 60 seconds. :O Both of us went to tome, then combined our remaining money to buy an Amulet of Wild. Summoned Pure Light, Furbolg Warrior and Mirror Images. My Paladin was Level 26, Dave's Blademaster was 23.

Final Wave arrives. Summons disappeared. -.-

Yeah, we fought. Paladin's Taunt has a really long cooldown time, so I couldn't use it often enough to prevent enemies from attacking the Castle. Muradin was soon requested, but Castle was still destroyed, when there was like 10 enemies left. -.- Game over in one hour and eight minutes. -.-

Tip for next time: DO NOT ATTACK THE ENEMY HEROES. ATTACK THE ENEMY UNITS WHICH DIE FASTER. ATTACK WITH PURE LIGHT WHICH HAS A LONG DISTANCE ATTACK AND DOES NOT EASILY GET SURROUNDED, MAKING TARGETING EASIER.

Uh-hem.

Dave paid for both of us. Then we left and went to 7-Eleven. He bought a packet of Milo, I bought a Big Gulp (5% ice, 30% 100-Plus and 65% Coca-Cola ). When we finished drinking, we went on our separate ways home.

Ah, what a day.

Lol 6A Gathering

Lol, there is supposed to be a gathering for students in 6A, my class from three years ago, at 3pm, in our primary school.

Met up with Hong Wei on the bus at 2.20pm. Went to school together. Reached school at 2.40pm. Sat at a bench across the road outside the school and chatted. Saw no one we know. Went inside at 3.05pm and walked around. At 3.20pm, we sat down at the parlour, where Hong Wei's spectacles snap. Aww. Rest in peace.

So we went to the General Office and demanded (okay, we asked) for a duct tape and try to fix it. Then we saw Alastar and Eugene outside the teachers' office, chatting with a teacher. Went to hang around with them. Sakura and Jonathan Goh soon came to join us.

Wah, long time never see Sakura she become so chio liao sia...... *starry-eyes*
Sucks to be non-Singlish speakers who are unable to understand this sentence, but I am unable to translate this into English.

And we saw our form teacher last time, Mrs Tan. So we followed her into the staff's lounge. She had lunch there. We just sat down there and went silent. Matthew soon came. Alastar, Eugene, Jonathan and Matthew went one side, telling all sorts of stupid and racist jokes with each other. Blah.

And after one hour, we left. Seven people attended a forty plus students gathering. Is that low ratio a world record?

I hope it is.

It rained when we left. Sakura and Matthew hanged around in school. Alastar, Eugene and Jonathan ran off, presumely to one of their houses together.

Hong Wei and I then decided to go to Sean's house. On the way, we saw a convenient store. Bought a bottle of coca-cola. And onwards to Sean's house! Damn the rain! Onwards!!

Uh-hem.

Reached Sean's house. Hong Wei seems reluctant to go in. I pushed him in. ^_^" Walked around his house but found nothing to do, so we decided to go downstairs. Sean lent me an umbrella (Hong Wei already had one, which we shared while walking to Sean's house), so now, armed with three umbrellas, the three warriors proceed with caution, ready to combat against any evil that may spring out.

Uh-hem.

We went to Tampines Mall. Took escalator to forth floor. Walked into arcade. Nothing good to play. Still House of the Dead 2. Go get HotD4 already. -.-

And with Sean and Hong Wei's reluctant to spend money at arcade, we took the stairs (bloody hell, don't want take lift -.-) to third floor. Just outside Popular Bookstore, Sean's mother called. "Why is it so noisy? Are you in the arcade? I don't want you to play in the arcade, you hear me?" Wow, Sean was lucky, he almost said "We just got out of the arcade". He even threatened to take a photo of us outside Popular with his camera handphone. Lol. Pity him.

We went inside Toys R Us. Rofl. When we reached the toy swords stands, Hong Wei suggested to Sean to run. =.=

So I picked up a sword and fooled around. Bloody hell, they don't wanna play with me... :3

We fooled around some more, involving basketballs without air, frisbees, swords made of some soft material, we left.

Went into a gaming shop and looked around. Expensive...

Went into a book shop. Hong Wei looks boooooooooooooored.

Went into Courts furniture store. Sat around here and there at the couches. :P Hong Wei ran fast. -.-

And so Hong Wei wanted to go home. Bloody hell.

So with Sean and I left, nothing to do, we decided to go to Yujun's house. Can't call his phone, so we just marched there.

Turns out their parents aren't home. They got a new dog too. Whoo.

So we sit down there watching Yuchi play Pirate King Online and Yujun playing MuOnline. Lol. We then went to watch some lame Hong Kong drama. Suggested to go downstairs and play basketball. Can't find the ball lol.

Suggested to have dinner together. Sean, being a guai kia, insisted on going home to have dinner. Yujun and I took pillows and attacked him, trying to persuade him. Yuchi soon joins our crusade. Mwahahaha.

Ended up the two brothers had to bring their cousin to Orchard Road or something. They apologized, we promised to had dinner and go outside to play together again next time, blah blah, and we left. The dog tried running out when we left in its bid for freedom. Sean to the rescue.

Walked to Sean's home with him, criticising teachers along the way. :P

Took a bus at his house and went home.

Ah, a good day spent with my nakama.

SP is going down!

Edit: All edits in this blog post are made on 27 March 2008. I regret the fact that some pictures used in this blog post are lost into the abyss (in other words, in fucking ImageShack ). I managed to recover some though, but I regret the fact that there are those pictures which are lost and which I did not manage to recover. :(

Survival Project is going down... TT_TT

"13/12/2006 All Good Things Come to an End

Dear SP Heroes,

There were good times and there were bad times, but mostly good times. We really did do a lot of fun cool stuff together didn't we? So it really is with a much heavy heart that we have the following to announce.

We deeply regret that we will no longer be able to provide support for the Survival Project Malaysia server. We will begin by shutting down the Card Shop on 18th December 2006. However, all players are still welcome to play Survival Project until 31st March 2007 after which, the servers will be brought down.

For our great heroes' benefit, we will be having a final event for you! All cash cards in the card shop will be converted to codes! You will be able to purchase all cash cards in codes! Stay tuned for this final event especially for you!

We heartily thank everyone who has played and enjoyed Survival Project all this while. We're deeply touched by the immense support everyone gave during its run on e-Games and appreciate the cool and exciting moments you've allowed us to take part in.

You guys and gals are the best gamers in the world.

Thank you,
The SP Support Team"

Now, for our memorial. To one of the best games ever!

To summarize...

For honour, for my brothers and for the RCAlliance!

Short summary? :P

By the way, let me do some writing.

In Survival Project, there are modes called "Quests", where players team up against monsters, each with different specification needed to complete the quest. There are three types of Quest, Flame, Dungeon and Forest, with different scenery and monsters. There are also five levels of difficulty for each of the three types of Quest.

The first three levels only allow a maximum of four players at once, while the forth level allows up to six and the final up to eight.

In Flame 1, the players' task is to go around the map, destroying the three Sealed Stones around the map. At the completion of this task, a Dark Orb will appear. Destroying it means completion of the quest. However, Hell Hounds, the weakest monsters found in Flame quests, will spawn occasionally and try to stop the players. They may be weak, but when in a cluster (like 10 or 15, hey, it is possible), they can be difficult to defeat, as they like to "push". They push you into the lava, seal your moment, and you die. Fast and quick. Simple as that. Never underestimate the weakest enemy.

In Flame 2, you now have to destroy four Sealed Stones for the Dark Orb to appear. However, the Sealed Stones are at different "islands", separated by lava, so you have to use a few teleportation panels to warp around. These games give good scores and are often used by the RCAlliance to capture the server [to win points, and if your guild has higher points than others, you capture the server, allowing a bonus in the experience and Code (currency in SP) you obtain in the server (Edit: But of course, we go for the pride you get when you conquered the server )]. Magma Golems help the Hell Hounds out, throwing huge balls of fire. And when the Dark Orb appear, two Magma Bombers and two Hell Hounds appear along with it. Magma Bombers, although slow, have an area attack that affects its nearby surrounding.

Flame 3 is where it gets difficult. You start at a separate "island" and battle your way through Hell Hounds, Magma Golems and Magma Bombers to a teleportation panel where you go to the center. Three lanes there that split off into different directions, two guarded by flames and unable to go in. The first lane continously spawns Hell Hounds, and at the end is a Cerberus {not a Cerlickus XD [Edit: Note - This is a reference to One Piece. In Enies Lobby, there is this three-headed judge whose name I forgot (he's too much of a noob if I forget his name, I guess... -.-). One of the Franky Family, upon seeing him, gets reminded of this three-headed watchdog in hell he read somewhere, but forgot the name and shouted, "Cerlickus?!". Zambai turns around and shouts back, "Cerberus!!" XD]} guarding a Sealed Stone. Cerberus has a weak attack but it makes up for it by being able to fire from long distances. It also likes to "push", similar to Hell Hounds. Destroying the Sealed Stone opens up the second lane, where Magma Golems spawn. At the end is another Cerberus guarding another Sealed Stone, which when destroyed opens the third lane. Again, the third lane contains a Cerberus and a Sealed Stone, and spawns Magma Bombers. After destroying the third stone, a Dark Orb as well as three Cerberus appear in the middle. Destroying the Dark Orb yields victory. This quest is extremely difficult as the monsters tend to cluster together. A divide-and-conquer strategy, devised by yours truly, worked very well against it. Oh yeah, a Burning Soul walks around the map too. This monster cannot be killed, and serves to heal the monsters. Annoying.

Flame 4 is a rectangular map. You start at one end, destroying three Sealed Stones as you go. The map is split into four parts, with three Sealed Stones at three of the first three parts. It is impossible to enter the next part unless you destroy the Sealed Stone at the part where you are. At the end is not a Dark Orb, but six Efreets. Their melee attack makes them spin like a tornado for an amount of time. You hit it, you get damaged and you get bounced back. Their ranged attack shoots out three red arrows. Dangerous, indeed. If you stop to retrieve the treasure chests dotted around the field, greed shall be your downfall and you will be unable to succeed. [Edit: I remember my old strategy on this. We would all use the character Shamoo (who has high speed) and rush through this, ignoring the monsters and treasure chests, and just focusing on destroying the Sealed Stones (since we cannot proceed if we do not. A wall of fire will block your way and will only disappear if you smashed the Sealed Stone). We rush and rush, and finally, defeat the six Efreets which serve as the "boss" for this mode.]

Flame 5 is extremely difficult. One bunch of Efreets around the map, and you have to kill them all. They won't spawn, but the other smaller monsters will. After defeating the Efreets is the Red Dragon, being able to fly up, making it invulnerable, and drop "droppings" in the shape of flaming balls at the players. Very very difficult to succeed. (Edit: I just had to add this in: Flame 5 is renowned to be the hardest mode in Survival Project.

Dungeon 1 is where you have to navigate around a lame maze, against useless Skeletons and extremely annoying traps, to obtain a crystal. Dungeon 2 is no difference, except you have to kill every monsters too. (Edit: I still remember how annoying the traps in Dungeon 1 are -.-)

Dungeon 3, after obtaining the crystals and killing the monsters, are two Golems you have to face. One common strategy is to run to a distance, and while the slow Golems (which do not have ranged attacks, just two melee attacks) walk towards you, fire an extremely deadly and dangerous magic attack. Then run away and repeat.

Dungeon 4 replaces the two Golems with six Gargoyles as final bosses. They can make themselves temporarily invulnerable, shoot fireballs, and have a swiping claw attack. Six of them at once. You should watch how Yuchi goes against them. Wow.

Dungeon 5 has the final boss as a Balrog. It cannot move. Rather, it teleports. It disappears, making it invulnerable. Then it appears behind the player with the least HP. It has a swipe attack and an attack that injures all surrounding nearby players. You can only hit it when it appears for a short while. Activating scrolls make it disappear. Skeletons also join the fight, spawning endlessly. Killing them gives players HP, which can be a good thing, although one shouldn't kill the skeleton nearest to Yuchi, unless you like to examine the barrel of his flamethrower. XD (Edit: Lol, I forgot how much he used to flame me when I killed the skeleton he wanted to kill!! XD Oh, and in case you don't get it, your HP recovers by about one-quarter when you killed someone or something)

Forest 1 is lame. Kill every monster, and (I think) three Goblin Mages, guarded by Dark Trees and Horned Owls. Forest 2 has an Orc as a boss, with Goblin Mages, Goblins and Horned Owls. The Orc swings his iron spiky club like Alvida in One Piece does (Edit: lol, Alvida... XD). Watch out, you can get fling back a long distance. Forest 3 has (I think) three Orc Mages, who throw fireballs at you rather quickly, and several Orc Berserkers, with double melee attacks.

Forest 4 has two huge large Cyclops as final bosses. Yikes! Huge wooden clubs. And they swing it like the Beaters do when they get near a Bludger in Quidditch (Harry Potter). Unfortunately, you are the Bludger. (Edit: Lmao.) Forest 5 has a Dark Fairy as a final boss. Runs very fast, although she has extremely low defense. She has two attacks, one sends three balls of lightning that track and seek targets by themselves. The second attack fires lightning bolts 360 degrees around her. And when she is at half life, she summons two Cyclops. Bloody hell.

Another feature that attracts me are the Games.

You can play Soccer (my favorite Game), where you send the ball to your opponent's goal. The ball flies off when you hit it. You can also hit your opponents. (Edit: I think I should add this. The sole purpose of hitting your opponents is to stun them and give your team a slight advantage. Of course, unless you are an asshole who likes to keep hitting your opponents and piss them off. By the way, there is no HP in Soccer, you can't be hurt, damaged or killed by any attack, only stunned for an extremely short while) Some characters work rather well as strikers, some as midfields, some as defenders and some as goalkeepers. You play against players, in a one-on-one, two-on-two, three-on-three or four-on-four. Extremely fun.

Next is Racing. Simply, you race and whoever reaches the goal first wins. Almost everyone uses Shamoo, the fastest character, here. Players are split into teams, and the team which has the player who reach the goal first wins. Yes, entire team. Some teams have one person just rush to the goal while the others attack the enemies constantly to stun them (no health is deducted under an attack).

Third is Mole. A mole pops up, and you tries to defeat it. If you do so, you earn score for your team. First team to get 50 (used to be 100) wins. Golden moles gives more points when defeated, although they have more health. Hitting wooden stump gives negative points. Hitting red moles cause it to use an attack where surrounding players are unable to move (although still able to fire weaker ranged attacks).

Forth is Dodge. Snowmen are dotted around the map, firing snowballs, and you have to dodge them. Team with the player who last the longest wins. Players are unable to attack nor defend. This game requires concentration.

New games are added, such as Hockey, but they suck. End of story kthsbye.

I don't like PvP (Player vs Player), so I won't talk about it. Kthsbye.

Edit: Oh, what the fuck... Did I really have to go on and on about the different game modes? Oh well, give me a break, I was probably sad about SP closing down, and just had to type all that down, sort of as a memorial. I was probably high on alcohol too. Don't mind me. Thanks. :)

And now for the images!

These two pictures are glitches that occur in two separate games of Flame 2. The game is supposed to end when you destroy the Dark Orb, by the way.

Lava! A scroll allows you to walk past anything.

My forum sig, featuring my favorite character to use in SP, Xyrho. :P

I prefer this sig better, featuring my favorite characters, Xyrho and Hawk, in premium. 8)

Lag in soccer causes nothing to happen despite the ball being in the goalpost.

Edmond and me as Hawks.

Edmond and I fighting in Flame 4. Notice Eugene at top-left hand corner.

After being killed by the Dark Fairy, I, as a ghost, went to her and said "I'm a noob!". My Guildmates, after seeing this picture, is quick to notice that the Dark Fairy has become the Leader of the RCAlliance, lol. -.- Yuchi manages to survive rofl. XD (Edit: I meant he managed to survive in this game. If you looked more closely, he is the only survivor in the game, lol. But then again, there's only two of us playing...)

A wallpaper I made for the RCAlliance. Free feel to use it, rofl. Yuchi dislikes the fact that Vernon (who betrayed the RCAlliance) is in there. Yes, the same Vernon who goes around and say "I'm pro. I'm pro." like a stuck-up arrogant bastard. Yes, the same Vernon who spams my tagboard under the alias "Justice", which he is not fit to use. (Edit: Reminds me, I used to be rather rude and offensive to Vernon for betraying me in some stupid game. -.-)

That's all for today. I shall post about the ten characters available and my Guildmates. I SWEAR! :O (Edit: Here is that tribute)

Back From Genting! :D again.

All edits mentioned in this blog post were made on 27 March 2008, and because of boredom. Meh, I have nothing better to do anyway. XP

Back from Genting again after a four-day and three-night trip with my cousin Dave. To summarize everything: Fuck the evil mist which turned our roller-coaster riding frenzy into a arcade shooter games training session.

Dave and his sister arrived in my house on the morning of 17 December. We ate breakfast together, then went to play SDO. Took a few pictures of him trying to test my camera too, lol.

Took off at about ten o'clock, by my old man's car. Sit at the back of the car, squished in the center. Trip to Tuas Checkpoint is kind of quiet and silent. Started raining halfway.

Reached Tuas Checkpoint at around eleven. Passed the checkpoint. My mother freaked out seeing some sort of birds in the checkpoint. Go figure. *rolls eyes*

And begins the long and boring trip to Genting. Stopped at the first toilet available near the highway after the checkpoint and took out my Anti-Boredom Weapon of Doom, teh iPod Nano! Yeah, guess I gotta charge it later...

So, I went to switch places with Dave's sister, who changes name so frequently I don't know what to call her now. No longer being squished in the center, w00t w00t I suppose.

Dave took out his laptop and introduced me to this Mr Brown Show podcast. Yeah, good way to kill time, but I sacrificed music from it. Yup. o.O

The podcast is hilarous, so our trip there becomes strangely fast, despite the fact that we reached there about the same time as our last trip. It's like the old saying that time goes fast when you are with a beautiful girl and slow when you are with an ugly girl, plus a bonus "time extension" if she is fat. XD

Drived up the mountain. Turned off the air-con and opened the window to save electricity. Wind was strong and cooling. I just don't like the sharp turns that force us to move left and right in the vehicle.

Reached Genting at around four. Old man parked the car at Genting Hotel. Couldn't find a hotel room. Pfffft. Deposited our luggage at Genting Hotel and went to eat lunch at Good Friends Express.

A quote from Back From Genting :D:
"Went to eat dinner at Good Friends Express. Wanted noodles with soup. My mother came back with dried noodles. Bloody heck, she should dig her ears. Talk less listen more too."

This time I insisted on buying my own meal, and get sabotaged for having to buy the meals of my parents as well. Pfffft. I was the only one who finished eating the entire meal. Pfft, talk about wastage of food.

Old man got a hotel room from the black market while we were visiting the Visitor's Galleria, with two kids playing tag there. Sadly, my mother has the slip to retrieve our luggage. Whee. Dave should feel extremely relieved he brought his laptop along with him instead of leaving it with the luggage. I want my iPod... T_T

We went on to the hotel room in Highlands Hotel first while my old man searches for his wife in the big casino. Have fun, dude.

The hotel room had some sort of eerie and ghost-like, yet constant sound effect. Dave's sister thought it was a vacuum. She opened the door, looked to the left and indeed find a vacuum the housekeepers use. Unplugged and turned off. :S

She slammed the door shut. Literally. The sound is still there. I went out and found the vacuum, unplugged and turned off too. :S Dave thought of it being some sort of supernatural, being there people in Genting who commit suicide after losing at the casino. Sounds lame.

Turns out the sounds come from when the heavy winds blow at the windows. If you open the windows, which can only be opened a little (probably to prevent people from jumping out *rolls eyes*), the winds blow into the room, causing the sound effect. Thus, the door is extremely hard to open, having to pull it against the direction of the wind. But if you manage, the wind quickly blow outside of the room, causing a huge wind to blow in to replace the lack of air in the room. This causes the windows to slam with a DON!. Had fun playing with it. Dave was the one who managed to find out this Physics thingummywut. Applaud him.

Edit: I forgot to add that the weather outside was stormy and raining.

Oh, and a picture represents a thousand words. I was free and had nothing better to do anyway. ;)

Burned (Edit: Eh, surely I mean "killed" instead? ^_^") the time watching a stupid movie on television about some guy on a horse fighting a war against noobs with elephants and archers. Horse guy got owned, end of story kthsbye. Played Warcraft III but the laptop hibernated halfway due to lack of power. Appears that I plugged the laptop into the power source but forgot to turn it on. Pfft.

Old man came back with his wife at around seven. They brought luggage and conveniently ate dinner on the way while we were waiting boringly. Really nice.

The three of us went to eat KFC at Genting Indoor Theme Park. Likes how KFC and McDonald's are just next to each other. Guess it's for convenient's sake, you can throw ketchup bottles at your opponent easier with such short distance.

Being quite full, we ordered a three-piece set meal and shared it among ourselves.

Went to Indoor Theme Park and played games like Time Crisis IV (where my machine spoils and Dave had to play solo -.-), House of the Dead 4 (where Dave reprimands me for using it like a pistol instead of the machine gun it is -.-) and Time Crisis III (where Dave got K.O.ed easily -.-). Went back to hotel and sleep.

Dave's parents arrived in our room at five o'clock in the morning. They apparently arrived in Genting at either three or four and went to the casino. I woke up, along with Dave and his sister. Low temperature and constant noise robbed us of our sleepiness.

The three of us had to eat ourselves due to the adults' gambling addictions. We went to this convenient store (Edit: Lmao, surely I meant "convenience store"? Rofl, the store sure is convenient... XD) named Seven Seven (lame name, I know.), bought three cup noodles and just ate outside. Dave reprimanded me for drinking the soup. -.-

Outdoor Theme Park was closed due to heavy mist. God damn it. (Edit: God damn it, indeed.)

Went to Good Friends Restaurant for lunch. Parents leave for home after that, as my old man has work on that night. w00t w00t w00t. Pity my father, had to listen to the bitch bitch. o.O

As the room is only for one day, we have to book another one. Got one in First World Hotel. :S *gulps* Moving the luggage from Highlands Hotel to First World Hotel while trying to avoid the crowd is no easy task.

We then went to get a Wristband for First World Plaza. Went to sit at Rio Float due to boredom. Loooooooooooooooong queue at Euro Express, the only indoor roller coaster, and even more looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong queue at 4D Motion Master. The latter is a waste of forty minutes of queuing time and ten minutes of that stupid movie which is not exciting, not interesting, not fun, and a cause of headache. (Edit: For the headache part, I mean it literally. Remembered walking out there clutching my head, lol. Note to self: Bring panadol to Genting next time) Damn.

Long queues easily bore us, especially more when the Euro Express was going down to maintenance every fifteen minutes, so we went back to the small, cheap and lousy room we now have. Dave went to sleep and his sister followed. Bored, I went downstairs, walked around First World Plaza, doing some window shopping, and finally sat outside the Flying Coaster, in the cold and windy mist for an hour, as either silent protest (Edit: Protesting against the existence of the mist being the reason for being unable to play at the Outdoor Theme Part. Just thought I'd like to make this clear) or cold resistance training. Can't remember which. Ah, let's make it both. Cold winds plus water droplets condensing on my hair makes even me shiver. Temperature at about 15 to 20 degrees Celcius rocks. :D (Edit: Can't believe how I used to like the cold )

Went back to the room at night. Dave's parents are literally glued to the casino, so we went out to eat. Ate at Pizza Hut in First World Plaza. We ate this Set B for four people, consists of two Regular Pan Pizzas, four Soup-of-the-Day, a Regular Hut's Platter and a huge solid jug of pepsi. We ordered Hawaiian Supreme and Hawaiian Chicken, talk about a Hawaiian frenzy. :P Mushroom soup for Soup-of-the-Day, and six pieces of Tempura King Prawns and Tempura Calamari Rings and five pieces of Large Criss Cut Fries in the Platter. Wanted to eat four pieces out of the twelve pieces of pizza, but ended up eating seven due to not wanting to waste food. Dave ate only two, stupid bastard made me bloated. :P Drank two bowls of soup as well, while Dave only drank a little. Guess he did not like it. I ended up drinking most of the Pepsi too. *shifty eyes*

There is no peace eating in First World Plaza. Shouts and screams follow the roller coaster everywhere as it zooms around First World Plaza. What's so scary about that Euro Express anyway? Surely they don't have to scream until their lungs burst? Meh, go figure.

Dave's mother then called while we were window shopping. Turns out Dave's father, without the card key, returns to the room just to find it locked and unable to open. Common sense, bring a damn key next time you want to open a locked room. Or a lockpick if you want. (Edit: Is it a lockpick, or is it a picklock? o_______O)

Dave's sister found her mother at the lobby, so the two got together to chat. Dave continued walking to the lift. Thought he was so filial to his father he is willing to ignore his mother just to let him enter the room and rest after a hard day of entire gambling. Turns out Dave did not even see his mother. And I thought I had difficulty spotting people in crowds. -.-

Dave's father rants literally as we approaches him, sitting outside the door. We quickly opened the door for him and fled. Go figure. (Edit: I don't see why we ended up being ranted at, even though we sacrificed our own time to deliver the card key to him. Next time, if you ever get bored of gambling and happen to not have the card key, please don't go back to the hotel and grumpily wait outside the room. We would prefer it if you would kindly walk around, maybe window shop, and kill time on your own next time. Of course, you can always hang around the casino, watch other people play, and laugh your ass off when this guy loses a lot of money in a single bet. Of course, don't worry, we would rush to your aid if he happens to beat you up. A good fight is just what I desire. Obviously, you would have to wait until I get 21 though, since I can't enter the casino and help you in your fight when I can't get in. -.- Don't worry, four more years to go. :D I talked too much on this edit. Oops.)

Spent the next fifteen minutes trying to find Dave's sister while I explained what happened in the lobby to Dave. Can't find them. We ended up going to Ripley's Believe It Or Not.

Display was very interesting, from tricky mathematics questions to displayment of cannibalism, from the luckiest chair in the world (made entirely of horseshoes) to prison cells and torture devices. Weapons on display was nice.

I still remember there was a mirror on the wall. Above is the caption "Can you roll your tongue like this?" while on the left and right are pictures of people ridiculously rolling their tongues in stupid ways. Dave and I tried for a while. We then heard laughter. I tried looking through the mirror, turns out to be a glass and the people across the glass can see us rolling our tongues. Shitty hell. XD Was mad at that time, but now that I think about it, it's funny. Rofl. XD Went all the way around, and we found the glass. Above is a quote that says "There is a sucker born every minute." Roflmao.

There was also a stupid mathematic thingy. Think of a number, times it by two, add ten, divide by two and subtract the number, and you get five. Let's do it the algebra way.

(x x 2 + 10) / 2 - x = 5
(2x + 10)/2 - x = 5
x + 5 - x = 5
5 = 5

Lol. -.-

There was also two closed doors which can only be opened a bit. Two wax figures, one male and one female, were using the toilet behind. Fascinating. Surprisingly Dave did not look at the female and stare at her for hours.

And there is also this room where the circular wall, shaped like a cylinder, rotates, with stars as background. Two mirrors at each side, with a bridge. Walk across and you will get dizzy, although the room is not technically moving. Optical illusion. Made us exit with a headache. XD

Other interesting displays too, but I hope to manage to end this blog post. XD

Went to sleep. Five people in two beds. Crowded like shit. And Dave's attempts to take the entire pillow for himself is not helping either. Low temperature and lack of gloves and boots make it much worse. Ended up getting about just five hours of sleep. Who cares anyway?

Went to Good Friends Restaurant for breakfast. Ate a lot until I was bloated already, and uncle still insists on ordering more. Nmaa, I dislike eating there just because of this reason.

Most rides I look forward to in Outdoor Theme Park are still closed due to heavy mist. God damn it. Seriously.

Went to Fantasy World Arcade in First World Plaza. Played House of the Dead 2 and Time Crisis III there. Talk about more arcade shooter games training and practice sessions. *rolls eyes*

We weren't hungry during lunch, so we skipped it and threw it out of the window.

Dave and his sister went to sleep due to boredom. I took Dave's laptop and played Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team. Lol. Good game. Too bad it's way too similar to Digimon World 2.

Weren't hungry during dinner too. Threw out of the window.

Played Pokémon until 11pm. Defeated Legendaries like Zapdos, Moltres, Articuno and Groudon. With a Machop and a Pikachu.

Then I went to bed. Dave's turn to play Pokémon.

He was still playing when I woke up at around 10am. Didn't remember his parents returning to room or not, so I don't know whether they spent an entire night in the casino or what.

Dave was being pretty lame that morning. Activating his 'playful mode', he calls himself a Sergant and us two Peons. Used violence to counterattack. HERO HERO STORM!! XD (Edit: Hero Hero Storm is one of my attacks where I delivered an upwards kick at the target and sent him flying upwards. I then jump up and punch upwards as fast as I can. Ouch.)

Went to check if Outdoor Theme Park is finally open. No go. Fucking mist. Wait a moment. Make that "_*FUCKING*_ mist". DX

One more arcade shooter game training and practice session.

Went back to hotel and got ready to leave. Ate lunch at a restaurant in First World Plaza. Spaghetti was not bad; tea sucks.

Went to First World Bus Terminal at 1.30pm. Bus arrived at 2.30pm. Fucking hell, waste of my one hour.

The buses at Five Stars were all like, WOW! O.O Massage chairs, legs reflexology, personal gaming, karaoke, etc., etc., etc. Looked forward to boarding the bus. Until...

We get a completely normal and ordinary coach.

BLOODY FUCKING BIAS HELL!

Uh-hem. *clears throat*

_*BLOODY FUCKING BIAS HELL!*_

Someone behind (I think my uncle) shouted "Horrible!", I went along and shouted "Terrible!". What the fuck. Noobs get the good buses and pros get the lousy buses. Bias shitbag. (Edit: I lament at the sad fact that nobody else shouted "Vegetable!" )

Bus went down the mountain, reached some shop at 3pm. It stopped there. Went down the bus and bought a big packet of some fish thingy snack to kill time. Bus only left at 4pm. Waste of another hour. Dave insisted on not buying anything. "I'm not going to improve Malaysia's economy! I'm not going to let them earn commission!" Retarded. :P

Music rocks in killing time.

Reached Singapore at 10.30pm. Got a taxi at 11pm. Reached home at 11.30pm. End of adventure.

THE END

Back From Genting! :D

Heh, I went to Genting Highlands and now I'm back lol.

Left home on Sunday, at around 9.30pm. Took us an hour to pass the Tuas Checkpoint. Trip there was pretty boring. Four and a half hours of sitting down in the car and doing nothing can easily bore people, you know?

And yeah, along the way, I saw a Malaysian car with an interesting vehicle registration plate. Guess what? The numbers are 1337! Like oh my god! That car is teh leet! I swear I want to have a car with a vehicle registration plate of 1337 too when I grow up. XD

The road is pretty unobstructed from Tuas to near K.L., so my father proceed to drive at up to 160km/h. I swear I felt like I was flying instead of driving when he went 160km/h, which unfortunately ended in only a few seconds and was never seen again. :(

Saw the Petronas Twin Towers when we were near K.L. I informed my father, but he bak chew tak stamp, so he saw the tower a bit off to the left and told me there is only one.

BAK CHEW TAK STAMP: Classic Singlish hybrid of Hokkien and English. Literally translates as "eyes have been pasted over with a stamp", meaning to be blind.

Alright, so we reached Genting. Climbing up the mountain is pretty a pain in the ass. Yeah.

Went to book a room in Genting Hotel. The Junior Suite was unavailable, so we took the Deluxe. RM415 per night lol.

Photo of the fountain of elephants in the lobby of Genting Hotel.

I still can remember the room number, 14041. Easy to remember, no? It's a palindrome rofl.

The room was damned great. We have a huge television (with a stupid volume limit ), a couch (with small seats ), a tray with three fruits (a pear, an apple and an orange), an ashtray, two chairs, two two-people beds, a telephone, a fridge (with two bottles of mineral water, a can of Coke and a can of 7-Up inside :D), a safe, coffee and tea making materials, several mirrors (o.O) and even a modem (O.O)!

The view outside the window from the room was great, being able to see the entire Outdoor Theme Park and when the Space Shot launches. XD

I went to the Outdoor Theme Park next. Sat on the Spinner and Space Shot, the Cyclone is temporarily close, and so is the Corkscrew. Rained when I reached Flying Dragon. Bloody hell.

Went to eat dinner at Good Friends Express. Wanted noodles with soup. My mother came back with dried noodles. Bloody heck, she should dig her ears. Talk less listen more too.

Went back to Outdoor Theme Park at night (duh, would be a waste of RM37 if I only took two rides). Took the Cyclone and a few more times of Spinners. Wait, what the hell? I can't remember exactly what I ride. o.O

Whatever.

So I slept, yeah.

Before breakfast (two bowls of Honey Star with five slices of watermelon), I went to walk around outside of Genting Hotel, then went back to the Outdoor Theme Park to rumble.

Bloody fuckers at Flying Coaster. Bought two tickets for RM10 and they complained like shit. Wanted to buy the RM12 one but they brought it down for maintenance. Fucking asshole bastards. I was more vulgar at that time. Be glad you don't get to hear it.

Back to the Space Shot. Sat beside a 50 plus year old and apparently fearless old man. Must admit, Space Shot is the only ride which I can ride for countless times and still fear it. Yup, I yawn in Corkscrew and fall asleep in Cyclone. Sue me. I'm serious and honest. No lies there.

Went to lunch at Good Friends Restaurant. Due to tea being unlimited after you paid RM1.50, I drank like 7 to 8 cups of tea. I regretted it later. Why? Because on the way back, I had to go to the toilet for around 5 times. Go figure. Bloody bladder.

My mother told me that cars with vehicle registration numbers starting with W are from Kuala Lumpur. I was determined to find a car with a vehicle registration number starting with WTF. Closest I could get is WFF. Now, you would ask, WTF is WFF, and HTF (how the fuck lol) do you use it?

It can be used in reply when someone inform you of some drastic events. For example, "Brother! Someone stole my girlfriend away from me!" and "Aniki! A gang beat up our nakama just now!" So you would shout back "WFF?!" Now, what does it stand for?

Aniki (兄貴) is a Japanese honorable term for an older brother or a superior.
Nakama (仲間) is a Japanese term for friends, buddies, crewmates, gang, etc.

"Which Freaking Fucker", "Which Fucking Freak", "Which Fucking Fucker" or "Which Freaking Freak". Any one works. Can't make up my mind. :)

During a toilet break, some people said "amitabha" to my mother, apparently knowing each other at a temple. She claims it's a greeting. I only hear it during funerals. In other words, you say it to people who die. Thus, if you say that to a living person, you are cursing them to hell. o.O

Don't anyhow say that unless you want to be beaten up.

Okay, reached Singapore at 8:30pm. w00t, back in Singapore.

Nothing more interesting. :3
