Work, work, I'm sick of it

There was no reason not to protect you. If I didn't protect you, even if the Earth was reduced to dust, I wouldn't be able to find anyone more suitable than you to protect.

I think I'm dying out of impatience... I can't wait any more longer for Tsubasa: RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE chapter 175 to come out... Argh...

Work is still plain old boring. Hong Wei's on leave, and today's the first time I had breakfast with Andy, Adrian and Aizen (the Triple A XD) together, lol. In addition to the four of us, there was also someone else during lunch who came uninvited and sat down with us, all five of us eating chicken rice (yup, I broke tradition of eating noodles). After lunch, Andy and Aizen (whom I am quite sure now his name is Xing Wei, so I guess I'll use his proper name from now on) told me that the fifth guy (in our party XD) was someone from the same line as them.

Oh, and while eating roti prata for breakfast, I accidentally got the white shirt I was wearing to "eat curry". In other words, a few drops of curry dripped onto my shirt. Knowing that it's a pain in the ass to wash it off, I instead wanted to bleach it, so I wanted to SMS my mother telling her to bleach my shirt after I got home. But I didn't know what is "bleach" in Chinese, since my mother doesn't understand English. -.- I wanted to ask Andy, but I figured he would tell me "死神" (meaning Death God literally, it is the Chinese name of the manga Bleach) instead of "漂白剂" (the actual bleach that I want), lmao, so I thought of shouting at him, "The chemical agent! Not the manga!" But already knowing that he would tell me he don't know (that was what I guessed anyway), I didn't bothered to ask. XD

Andy stayed to do OT. He's hard-up on money, I suppose. I chose to skip, I'm tired today. Especially of that demon. She's pissing me off.

After work, I went to POSBank and activated my ATM card. Yay, my own ATM card.

The banker told me that it would be activated after 5pm today, if not, 12pm next day. It's 5.06pm now as I write this. Let's go out and check this baby out. :D

Nah, who am I kidding? I'm lazy. XD

Off to watch anime. Very short blog post compared to my blog posts recently, I know, but I'm bored. :P

.Cherry Jas.: ^samy, hahaha lol!! but nowadays i dun wear ponytails coz ive rebonded my hair. =p

Let me express my disappointment by pounding on the floor violently as hard as I could. I missed those days with school where I can see Jasmine wearing a ponytail everyday... :(

Just kidding. Really.

the Fingers full of PLaSTeRS

I decided to try something weird with capitalization for today's blog post's title. o.O

Anyway, ta-dah, my fingers full of plasters, in which I obtained from where I work. There should be one more on my middle finger as well (you can just see the little scratch), but I took it off because it was in the way of me pasting stamps during work.

Funny how I wasn't intending to show this picture, but Faizal just mentioned about fingers in my tagboard, so ah, why not. :P Here, Faizal, let me show you that pasting stamps for... *counts how many hours I work each day* eight hours each day is worse than typing for three hours each day.

Faizal: woah dude, i wonder why your fingers havent fallen off yet. Type so much everyday sia! haha

I can't believe that my Windows Media Player almost wanted to sync with my memory card when I inserted it to get the photo I take of my hand out onto my computer. Who the heck dumps music into a memory card meant for digital camera usage?

Oh, the paper cut on my left thumb is even bigger, but I can't be bothered to take a photo of that one. XD

Haha, I had a rather weird dream this morning. I dreamt that today is the day my class chalet starts, but because I had work, I agreed with Vernon to meet up at 4.30pm and go together. Then I realized that I dozed off (yume no ore wa is really lazy, despite being active only while I am sleeping... :P), and I woke up, oh my god, it was already 6pm! I'm late!! I called Vernon, who asked where I was, and told me that he was already there. I was running and running (and yes, I must admit, this being the first ever time I can remember myself running in dreams, it is a rather nice experience, to be able to run without stopping due to lack of existence of stamina in dreams :D), and the next thing I know, I ended up at grandfather's house. Holy shit, it was Chinese New Year, and all of my relatives are outside grandfather's house along the road, celebrating. Heck, Mark was even swinging around a lighted 爆竹 (just realized the equivalent English word, firecrackers) like a flail! That's dangerous, you bastard! :P I ignored my relatives' constant asking where were I and where am I going, and whether or not I am planning to stay to celebrate Chinese New Year, found my father eating some New Year stuff, and forcefully drag him to his car so he can drive me to class chalet (yume no ore wa sure is strong :P). The stupid car engine took a very very long time to get started, I was dying out of waiting in anticipation, and I ended up waking up. Lol, time to go to work. I hope yume no ore wa made it to class chalet... :)

Almost nothing interesting happens during work, so I'd like to skip blogging about it. Monotonous details about what we ate for breakfast and lunch are meaningless. -.-" I'd instead like to have the time for a rest, since I was working overtime with Hong Wei just now, I'm so obviously beat, haha.

Well, I can't say that nothing interesting happens exactly though. The demon supervisor, after pulling out such a brilliant tactic yesterday, is so obviously exhausted out of ideas at trying to make Hong Wei and I split up. So guess what she told us after we exited from the toilet? "Don't always go to the toilet together. This is work, not shopping. The boss will come to me for it if you continue."
  1. It is not our problem if the boss comes after you [If I were blogging in Japanese, I'd certainly either use 手前 (temae) or 貴様 (kisama), both of which mean you but add a very rude meaning to it].
  2. Instead, it would be better for us if the boss comes after you. We would cheer and party.
  3. All the more better if you get fired. We don't have to be on alert at all times during work. It can get hellishly tiring, for your information.
  4. So in other words, your last sentence did not deter us, but instead persuade us to go to the toilet together more often.
  5. Of course I'm aware that I'm working, not shopping, because if I'm shopping, I would be at a manga store, not at a shop selling envelops and stamps -.-
  6. Unfortunately I am not skilled in this verse of magic, or I would have trouble resisting the urge to magically change our location from the factory to Tampines Mall just to spite you
  7. We have been going to the toilet together for six years, and you will not stop nor break our cycle
  8. If you attempt to break our cycle though, we will break YOU
  9. But alas, I just realized that neither of us use any weapons that can break you. Can we slash and gash you instead?
  10. Dash&Slash! Dash&Gash! X-Strike!! :O (I'll like to explain this. In the RPG Chrono Cross, Serge, the main character, has Dash&Slash as his Level 3 Tech, while Glenn, another character, has Dash&Gash as his Level 3 Tech. If both characters are able to use their Level 3 Tech during one of their turns, they can combine their techs into one powerful technique called "X-Slash", where they used their respective skills to slash a targeted enemy, forming an "X" when seen from above.

The only video on YouTube I can find of X-Slash.

Anyway, moving on.

After two days of seeing neither, Andy and Renji finally show their faces. When I told Andy that I forgot Renji's name, he told me it was Suen... something. I only remember the first word, because it has a weird spelling. I think it's Suen Ming or something, hmm.

Before overtime starts, the two of us were eating siew mai when Aizen, holding a cup of coffee, comes over and sits at our table. He always sat with Adrian for meal times, so when Adrian has already gone home since he didn't work overtime (aww, poor Adrian, I think he's sick too. Fever, it seems. Guess the Siberian winter got to him this time, like it did to me last week. We can all do our part to prevent this tragic from happening. Burn more things and increase global warming. For the sake of our survival.), Aizen has to sit with us or he'd have to sit alone. XD

Okay, after work, Hong Wei and I, while waiting for the bus, were chatting about stuff. That chat made me realize one thing: I should also buy a bigger memory card for my handphone on pay day. :D Hmmm, maybe a 2GB one will do? 1GB for music, and 1GB for videos. XD

On the bus, well, there was a really ugly woman. I took one short look at her and my eyes started to burn. Seriously. Ouch, how I wished I had brought eye drops with me. Luckily I wasn't wearing my spectacles, or my eyes would have burn at ten times the pain.

Oh, come to think of spectacles, this morning, at the MRT Station, I wanted to wear my spectacles, only realizing it wasn't in my bag, so I called home, wanting to check whether I left them at home, or lost them. No one picked up the phone. My mother called back during lunchtime (which is like five hours later -.-). She told me that my spectacles is at home. I heaved a sigh of relief.

At 3pm, while eating with Hong Wei and Aizen, she called again. Told me my spectacles WASN'T at home, that those she saw and mistook for mine was hers. Panic rose over me once again. I rushed back towards the factory (with Hong Wei and Aizen strolling peacefully and slowly behind me =.=) and searched my entire bag. Hmm, really couldn't find it. Did I lost them??

At 4.30pm, she called me, telling me that my spectacles WERE at home. It's just that they were hidden inside my spectacles case. Hearing that, and taking a look at my plaster-filled hand, I told her to go outside and buy a box of plasters. She'll need it when we meet. *cracks knuckles* :P

I was supposed to meet up with my mother at Tampines MRT Station after work, because I told her that I need to buy pairs of jeans. I'm feeling embarrassed wearing my school's long pants to work already. =.= Yes, for those of you who don't know, I was wearing MY SCHOOL'S LONG PANTS to WORK. Feel free to laugh. Besides, I bet I'll need those jeans if I were to go to Polytechnic next year too. Don't expect me to wear a pair of shorts and run around like Zell from Final Fantasy X.

Why you bein' so selfish!? Scrooooge!

Quake: zell isnt from ffx ^^

Edit: Lol, I made a mistake. Thanks for correcting me, Vernon. ^_^ Zell is from Final Fantasy VIII, haha.

And to be honest, I was rather surprised by Vernon's usage of emoticon here. Somehow, the "-.-" emoticon has associated itself with Vernon in my mind. :P

And I doubt I'm the only one who has the same idea. XD

At the traffic light linking Tampines MRT Station and Tampines Mall, outside Cheers, where Hong Wei and I would wait for the bus every morning on weekdays (since the bus arrives on the other side on Saturday and doesn't even come at all on Sunday), I saw a familiar face. It was Huiping, lol, and she was giving out flyers. Guess I ain't the only one from 4R2 with a job.

But heck, I wasn't sure whether it was really her or not, since I wasn't wearing any spectacles at all. Nevertheless, I went up to her and took some of the flyers she was handing out. XD Come to think of it, haven't I initially wanted to give out flyers for a job? Beats pasting stamps on envelops and plasters on fingers, I bet.

Oh, and I like to note, she was 偷懒-ing, giving out two flyers to each person. Great job.

I met up with my mother and bought two pairs of jeans. I wanted to buy three, but I think her budget was lacking or something. Well, she had 50% discount, because my aunt (or my mother's husband's brother's wife :P) has a Hang Ten membership card, and since her birthday is on this month, she gets 50% discount. In addition, there was a 30% discount signboard shown, so using my calculator (I'm not that hardworking to work out 0.49 x 35 by mental calculation =.=), I managed to work out that a pair of jeans costing $49 will cost $17.15 after the two discounts.

But heck, the discounts don't pile up on each other, lol. =.= Only the highest one takes priority, so she ended up buying two, costing $49 in total.

I return on the road towards Tampines Mall once again, because I wanted to eat McDonald's for breakfast. (Shit, what the fuck, I meant dinner. ) On the way, there was a bangla approaching me with pieces of paper, so obviously with the intention to disturb me. I hold no interest in filth like them, so I said, "No time." He replied, "No time go home lah." Disappear, filth. My sword does not exist... to crush insects like you.

But if they instead went over and disturb Huiping, I thought inside me then, I wouldn't hesitate to draw my zanpakutou, shout "BANKAI!" and wipes their pathetic asses off the face of this earth. Thinking back, I'm pretty amazed at my creative imagination.

Passing by Huiping once again, I decided to go over and say hi. Well, if it isn't her, I'd be pretty embarrassed, but it IS her. Heh, I am so proud of my eyesight. XP

I had a rather short chat with her before the traffic light turns green. Her pay is $7 an hour, so good. I wanna work as a flyer distributor too...! T___T

Went to Popular and check out the manga there. Yay, Tsubasa: RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE volume 17 is out! There goes one hour and six minutes of working. XD In case you don't get it, the manga costed $5.50, and my salary is $5 an hour. ;)

Went to McDonald's and eat dinner.

And went home. Yup. That's all.

My ATM card finally enters my mail! Yay, my sexy new ATM card. I'm going to activate it tomorrow. :P

Sigh... Because my father went and install mio TV at my home, my wireless modem got replaced. It's so sad that my pwnage wireless network name, Tensa Zangetsu, named after the beautiful sword coated by a layer of black, was replaced with some sucky network name, "2WIRE586"... T_T I'm so embarrassed by that stupid wireless network name, I want to cry... T_____T I want Tensa Zangetsu back... T________T

Never mind, I accidentally screwed up "2WIRE586" up by trying to change its security type, end up being incompatible with my laptop, change its security type back to default, then been unable to use it because I did not know the network security key, which was set when I was out to work without my knowledge...

I fucked up, yes? :)

Yes? :D

Whoohoooo!

Welcome back, Tensa Zangetsu!! :D *sets Tensa Zangetsu up at a different place, this time in the master bedroom (I want a damn telephone jack in my room -.-), because that stupid mio modem has took over the place where Tensa Zangetsu used to be -.-*

Yay, I'm back on Tensa Zangetsu, whoohoooooooo!

Come to think of it, can someone please tell me why I ended up putting Huiping's flyers in my bag and taking them home, where they now end up under my table...? o.O

Good game, demon.

Hah, today sure is an interesting day indeed. My supervisor, whom both Hong Wei and I are aware of her true identity as a demon sent by an evil overlord from another dimension to come and take over our world, decides to try out a rather well-planned strategy, I must admit, in breaking Hong Wei and I apart, so we pose less of a threat to her.

Come to think of it, that strategy was indeed really well-planned. I gotta hand it over to her for thinking of something as elaborate and as clever of that. She made full usage of my hatred for traitors and backstabbers, and Hong Wei's greediness in her plan, which I sure must also compliment her on that. That was really clever, I must admit.

So, what happened, you ask?

Well, it's like this. I'm sure that demon is already aware of us knowing her true identity (must be because I blabbed about it in my blog :P). That means that the two of us will effectively be the only ones who are able to stop her in any of her plans to take over and control the world. Of course she is going to use any ways she find possible to get us out of the way first.

Well, it's not really that difficult to realize her real identity. I mean, she's constantly emitting out dense, dark and evil aura! Well, seems to be that I am the only one who noticed that though, but then again, lack of magical awareness is not a crime.

She must have realized that the next step to do is to obviously try and break Hong Wei and I up. It is obviously much easier to fight against two quarreling enemies than two united enemies. And today, her elaborate plan was finally set into action.

It seemed a normal day today, I wasn't particularly on guard or anything, when Hong Wei suddenly came and told me that he had overtime to do today. We already promised each other that we would do any overtime together, or not do it at all, so we went to that demon (she's still the supervisor after all... ). She refused the suggestion of having me do overtime today, voicing her displeasure, "You're always together!"

That was, in my opinions, a really fatal blunder to make. She had just practically told us that she hated our friendship, hated us being together always, and no doubt want to try and break us up, leading me to my theory as I have written above.

Outside the office, I told Hong Wei to cancel his overtime. It's either we do it together, or we don't do it at all. Yet Hong Wei's greediness in wanting to earn more money made him refuse me, so I warned him, telling him that he would regret it. His reply is that he believes he would not regret it.

Hong Wei might not have thought of the far-reaching effects that such a seemingly simple sentence he spoke can have when he told me that, but it had sure pissed me off. By doing it that, he was effectively breaking our promise to either do work together or not do it at all, betraying my trust in him. My whole body inside me was screaming for me to confront the traitor and show him that it is never wise to try and betray me, as my rage wells up inside me.

We went back to work, in which I was distracted, thinking of how to confront the backstabber. I've thought how, but the main problem is where. Where do I find a place in which I can have a loud argument and even possibly a fight without anyone gaining knowledge about or interfering it?

The solution comes to me in a SMS, from Hong Wei, saying nothing but the word "Toilet". I turned my head towards the toilet, and saw Hong Wei there, smiling at me. Ah, I see, he wants us to pop into the toilet before work ends. Sensing my chance right now, I walk into the toilet briskly, rolling up my sleeves. Experience had told me that the toilet was a perfect location to settle arguments and fight, as long as you can keep fucking buggers, sources of interferences, out of there.

I started attacking an unsuspecting Hong Wei, shouting things like betrayal of trust and greedy moneyface. I even punched Hong Wei, but he refused to retaliate no matter what. Tension was rather high as we continued to argue. Finally, Adrian came in and broke us up by saying that we are supposed to be back at work. I left the toilet, putting my spectacles back on and rolling my sleeves down as I say, "We'll settle this after work."

For the remaining ten minutes of work or so, Hong Wei was in the office, saying something to the demon, but I wasn't giving a damn about it then. Instead, I was only blinded by rage and anger. Six years of friendship, down the drain by a single betrayal, I thought... How coincidental that it was even raining outside!

After work, Hong Wei took his bag and went out the factory with me as well, but I didn't bother to ask him why, as he was supposed to have overtime. He ignored me, walking a long distance ahead of me very briskly, while being pelted by rain. Not like I bothered to catch up, I was walking slowly behind under my umbrella, still pissed off about it.

I decided to wait for the bus at the entrance under my umbrella, not going to care about Hong Wei any more. There was no point in keeping that friendship when it is apparently with a traitor who would backstab me for money any time, any day. Those were my thoughts then. To be honest, I really even wanted to thank the demon, for showing me that my six years of friendship was with a greedy betrayer, saving me from spending more time on a potential-traitor or from another betrayal somewhere down the road, only one more lethal and fatal to me.

(I think I phrased this too confusing. :P I meant to say that I wanted to thank the demon for showing me that Hong Wei was a greedy betrayal, because if she didn't, I wouldn't know that Hong Wei was actually a traitor. Then, I would spend more time in my friendship with him, only to get betrayed somewhere down the road. After all, it's better to lose six years of friendship than ten years of friendship. Also, this betrayal wasn't really that much of a big deal, so I found it much better than if Hong Wei betrayed me somewhere down the road again, but this time, it was an even worse and larger betrayal. That was what I thought then, anyway.)

Hong Wei SMSed me, saying "carpark". I saw him at the carpark beside the coffee shop in which we would always spend breakfast and lunch times there eating, standing alone, sheltering from the rain there. I ignored him, knowing that I have no reason to go to the carpark and meeting up with him when I have nothing else to say to that freaking traitor, so I stayed where I was.

Then, I saw Thomas and his friend (whom I don't know his name) walking out of the factory, presumably to go to the coffee shop and eat something. Thomas was holding the umbrella, and his friend had his hand on Thomas' shoulder, embracing the latter like brothers. That scene really jerked my tears, and I wanted to go to Hong Wei and told him to forget this crap and let us be friends again, but my pride wouldn't allow me.

He SMSed me again, asking me if I want to settle it or not, and said that I was confusing him. "Fine, pfft," I thought to myself as I went to the carpark, but he was not there. I SMSed him, "Get the fuck out".

He came a while later, and maybe it was sensing rage on my face and me wielding my umbrella in my right hand (all things with the shapes of swords have a chance of me doing swordplay with them in my hands. He must have realized that when we went to Toys 'R' Us XD), he told me to hear him out first before saying anything. He told me that he is sorry, he wasn't aware that he was betraying me, he canceled his overtime, and, something that I particularly remembered, "I cherished our friendship."

That is it. No more being stubborn over some stupid overtime. The bus really came at a great time, I thought, annoyed, as I walked off towards the bus, telling him, "Let's meet at Tampines MRT Station tomorrow at 6.20am." Well, that's all I can think of that my pride allows me to say to mean that we should just forget this crap and be friends again, haha. Well, I don't know, but guys usually don't say cheesy stuff like, "Yay! We are friends again!", right? Come on, we'll leave it to the girls to say those kinda stuff, it's just not meant for us. ^_^"

And so, the demon's elaborate plan, which I believed she spent three days and nights thinking up of, to break our friendship up, was thwarted, just like that. Three days of planning is indeed no match to six years of friendship. Indeed, I feel sorry for the demon now. She has made a truly fatal mistake.

Now we are completely aware of her current goal: To try and break us up. Also, her future plans to accomplish that will, I doubt, have no more effectiveness. Now, even if you give Hong Wei overtime everyday and me none, I will not mind it. And she can't do it the other way round either, 'cause I will not do overtime without Hong Wei! :O

So what else can she do? Fire one of us? Heh! No use either! Even if she just fires me and not Hong Wei, I don't really mind at all, come to think of it. I'm already sick and bored of such a boring job, and with an evil supervisor I have to keep having my eye on, staying on alert, constantly. And if she just fires Hong Wei and me, I'll quit the job immediately, but not before taking up one of the many penknives resting on the table, shout, "It's over!" and stabbing her with it. XD

So, in one day, her long-thought plan was thwarted, her intentions revealed, and her future actions doubly and triply more difficult to perform. She really screwed up bad, if you ask me.

So I'll end by telling you this, demon.

Good game.

Whoa. With today's RuneScape update comes Grand Exchange, a huge RuneScape-wide trading between players.

And in three seconds, I bought 11k willow logs, now I have enough for Level 99 Firemaking. :D

Level 99 Firemaking, here I come! XD

Okay, time to blog about today. I'm going to try and make this a fast one, because, one, there's really nothing much for me to blog about today, and two, I miss playing RuneScape, which I have been not finding time to play it recently.

I arrived at the MRT Station 6.20am, and Hong Wei was nowhere in sight, so I started reading Reader's Digest (I started reading the December's issue from today :D). Hong Wei came rather late today, lol, at around 6.30am. I asked him why, and he told me he needed to shit. XD

We boarded the bus, where he listened to his mp3 player and I read my Reader's Digest for a minute or so when Hong Wei told me he wanted to alight and buy something, so we went down together. He bought a youtiao, lol. The word "youtiao" reminds me of YouTube. o.O

Guess what? He ate one half and keeps the other half, putting it inside his bag. Eww.

Nothing much happened during work, I suppose. The same old monotonous hacking the beast in teh endless fight. Oh, this time with a twist as well. The "monster" can use "Mirror Image" to form three additional illusions. Attacking the illusions will destroy it (as they only have 1HP), but you will in addition get confused, in which you cannot control your actions and would target anybody on the field in an attack randomly.

Why would I say that? Because my colleagues are giving me work and taking away my work so frequently I kept getting confused. It's like, huh? What should I do now? Should I do what he gave me first? Or should I do what she gave me first? Why is she messing up my work? Why is he putting work I need to do on my "Out pile"? Scary.

And oh, not a good news, I know, but I got a freaking paper cut to my left thumb. I was careless, lol. I think that was a trap set by the demonic supervisor. I left my guard down; I'm ashamed. :( Yeah, the paper cut hurts like crazy. It hurts even worse when in contact with water. I have to suppress the pain and keep the water away using a plaster. Bless the soul of whoever invented plasters.

During breakfast, I told Hong Wei about how I got my first paper cut in my sixteen years of life, and he told me that from my tone, it was as if I was talking proudly of my achievement. o.O

Both of us ate roti prata for breakfast. I don't know why I see the need to include this.

Come to think of it, I forgot to mention this. Andy is taking a leave today and tomorrow from work due to class chalet (I wish mine can hurry up; I'm already sick enough of waiting for manga chapters :P). Also, I haven't seen his friend either, whom Hong Wei completely forgot his name when I asked him if he remembers. :P Oh well, I'm gonna nickname him Renji. :P Maybe Renji is in the same class as Andy this year [I added "this year" because all of us (or Andy, Hong Wei and I, so far as I know. I'm not sure about Renji) have graduated ;)], so went to class chalet with Andy too...

Before we went off to lunch, the demonic supervisor has arrowed Hong Wei and I more manual labour work. I think she realizes that we are aware of her true identity and has devised a tactic to keep us away while she works on her grand scheme. Oh well, as long as she don't seal us in test tubes, create clones out of us and send those clones to help her in her great plan, I'm all right with anything else. -.- (Lol, that was so obviously a ripoff from Tsubasa: RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE :P) Besides, manual labour work should enable us to train our strengths, which will no doubt be useful in the final battle to save the world against the evil demon that seeks to grab hold of our precious world.

Well, the two of us were not the only ones. There was also another guy called in to help Thomas, some top-ranking guy who is always the leader during manual labour work, whom I thought was gay from his appearances the first time I saw him. :P The other guy, he's a friend of Adrian who worked here for two months and recommended Adrian to his current job. If I remember correctly, his name is "Xing Wei" or something. I suck at remembering names, faces (back when I was Primary 3, I have two best friends, Yujun and Nicholas, but I can't differentiate them from the rest of my classmates, instead differentiating them by their Digimon bags. Yeah, quite coincidentally, both Yujun and Nicholas and no one else in my class wore Digimon bags XD) and voices (whenever I pick up the phone when I was a kid, I'd always ask, "Who are you?" XD). I think the latter two might have improved with ages, but names, nah. The only way I remembered Andy and Adrian's names are because I associated them with popular people (Andy Lau and Adrian Pang respectively, to be specific XD), lol.

Oh, might I add that Adrian's friend (I'm not really sure if his name is really "Xing Wei", lol, so I'm referring to him as "Adrian's friend" just to be sure. Sorry about that, "Adrian's friend"!
)'s hairstyle and bold spectacles (especially the spectacles!) reminds me of Aizen during the Soul Society arc! Maybe like Andy's friend, whom I will refer to as Renji, I should refer to Adrian's friend as "Aizen"! XD

Well, Hong Wei, Aizen and I were to get three trolleys and follow Thomas to the first floor, where we used to work before we move. There, we had to take bags, dump them onto the trolleys, then take them to the fourth floor, where we work now, and dump them there.

Three certain bags were extremely light, haha, and I found it rather surprising that I can kick them quite a distance! ^_^ I suggest to Hong Wei on playing soccer with those bags, and we sort of ended up playing penalty shootout with it. XD I kicked the bag past Hong Wei and shouted "Goal!", but Hong Wei ended up saying, "The goalpost is over there, that door!", pointing to the wide door five metres or so behind him. XD That is too far for me to kick a huge bag, lmao!

Then I ended up suggesting we play chapteh with it. XD I tried kicking the bag up into the air, kick it back up again when it falls back down, but then I missed on the third try. D: We are, or more specifically, I am, mischievous, I know. :P

The other bags, they weren't exactly what we call light though. D:

Be right back, dinner time. o.O *saves blog and switches computer to standby, then runs off for dinner* :P

This following advertisement is completely random. o.O

Back on the field! :P That's one of Wakka's quotes from Final Fantasy X when you switch a character for him during battle by the way.

After two trolleys have been loaded, Thomas wants one of us three to push the two trolleys with him back up to the fourth floor, while the other two continue loading up the third trolley. Aizen was the one with least possibility of being chosen, as he was standing nearest to the bags, and thus furthest away from Thomas and the exit. Hong Wei and I, standing right in the center, were looking at each other, as if wondering who should go. Hong Wei ends up volunteering himself.

After Aizen and I loaded up the third trolley, we started chatting, haha. After a while, Thomas and Hong Wei came back down. The three of us took the last trolley back up to the fourth floor, where we unloaded those three trolleys, and Thomas told us to take a five-minute break before getting back to work.

Seeing a perfect opportunity for us to slack, Hong Wei, Aizen and I immediately rushed to the toilet, the only place where one can slack freely (until the boss pops in, that is XD).

After that, it's back to monotonous, plus confusing for today, work. =.=

After work (yay! :D), while waiting for the bus to come, Hong Wei was secretly SMSing someone, lol. I wonder who...... :P He was being extremely secretly, lol, avoiding me whenever I tried to steal a look or two. Hmm... ;P

After getting down the bus, Hong Wei said bye immediately, not wanting to accompany me to the bus interchange today. Awww.

Okay, that's it. :)

Happy Birthday, Jasmine!

Today is 26th November, and is thus Jasmine's birthday! :D Happy birthday, Jasmine! Now you're 16th, one year more mature, one year more beautiful and one year cuter! XP

Oh, and there is something that I would like to say to you.

Actually... Ponytails turn me on. That ponytail you had back whenever, looked so good it was criminal.

So wear it more often!

Haha, Andy's going to his class chalet tomorrow, so he's taking a leave for tomorrow and the day after tomorrow. Guess it's just Hong Wei and me left. XD

I arrived at Tampines MRT Station a lot earlier today, haha, at 6.13am. I started reading my Reader's Digest while waiting for Hong Wei, who came around 6.25am. While we walked down the stairs towards Tampines Mall, we encountered Andy just then, walking towards us. Lol, Hong Wei and Andy took the same bus, came at the same time, yet never met each other for today until then? That's weird. o.O

After finishing moving and settling down, it's back to old work. That means hacking that monster which keeps regenerating, healing and speeding up. It's an endless battle, I tell ya. -.-

During breakfast, Andy introduced us to one of his friends, who also got a job at the same factory as us. Before we met him, Andy told us that his friend has dyed his hair red, which is longer than his (Andy's). He said that he gives off an image of a gangster. There, on the other hand, I was picturing him to look like Renji with his hair down, from Bleach. o.O

Bah, it's not what I expected. He just has hair a little longer than Andy's. Not really that long. It looks like an average man's hair length, except a bit longer. And red? Nah, it's just streaks of red across his black hair. Not entirely red. ^_^"

Andy makes the introduction, telling us all three of our names. I sort of forgot his name. :P I think it was "Ming Jie" or something like that. I doubt he'd remember Hong Wei and my names either. :P Funnily, after Andy mentions his name, he adds a "mother fucker". o.O What has his friend done to him, lmao?

Hong Wei and I ate lunch without Andy today, the third time since we started work, in which the first two are when Andy took leaves due to prom. Well, Andy chose to sit with his friend outside at the Smoking Zone (since they want to smoke), while we sat inside at the Non-Smoking Zone, not wanting to die early after breathing in second-hand smoke. XD

I ate fishball noodles while Hong Wei ate laksa. With Andy conveniently out of the way, haha, Hong Wei went ahead and told me some of his personal boy girl relationship stories. :P He exclusively told me to keep it a secret, not that I'll blog about it anyway, so there. Ask him yourself if you are curious. XD

Oh, and Andy came with bad news. The pay day two days later, which we have been soooooo looking forward to, only counts work up to 16th! In other words, the salary of all of the work we've done from 16th and onwards will only be given on next month's pay day!

Warning: Some offensive and vulgar rant here. Sorry that I have to spoil today's, which is Jasmine's birthday, blog post on something like this, but the injustice really fuels me up. :( Please feel free to skip this part if you want to. I'll add a horizontal rule after I'm done.

Fuck them, man! That was dishonest! Fucking dishonest! A scam! A con! A ripoff! Asking us to put in blood and sweat and toil and end up we get nothing! What the fuck is this? This is unjust, man! Who the fuck said that Singapore is a just country with a judicial system of Singapore ranking fourth in the world? Come out now, I want to slaughter you for propaganda and bullshit and lies and I don't know what fucking else! This is an unjust and YOU know it! Where is the Ministry of Manpower? I'm heading right over there and complaining! Heck, summon the Minister of Manpower right now! I want to speak to him personally about this!

And that damned supervisor! A demon! A devil! It must be her who purposely twigged the salary system so we don't get any! She has single-handedly destroyed the hope and motivation in which workers work so hard for: The money! Which fucker would work without any financial gain? Here we are, so eager to receive money, to feed ourselves, to ensure our survivals, and here is it, that freaking demon, cutting off our sources of life! Purely and completely evil indeed! Why could no one else other than me can sense the heavy black evil aura emitting out of her body? Damn it! Fools with no magical awareness! Her evil scheme must be exposed!

I will kill her myself if I've got to! For justice!!

...I still need to learn how to draw my sword magically by clapping my hands and then just pulling my sword out of my left palm with my right hand.

Thanks for bearing the vulgarities with me. ^_^"

Well, Andy told us that since we started work after 16th, we won't be getting any salary for pay day two days later, while he would be getting one day's worth of salary, as he worked one day before us, in which he believes that his first day of work is 15th or 16th (I don't know whether 16th counts or not). So for that, Andy starts mocking Hong Wei and I, and his friend asked, "You're so happy about one day of salary? o.O"

Though according to my blog, Hong Wei and my first day of work is on the 15th. o.O

After work, while waiting for the bus and complaining about the unfairness, injustice and cruelty dealt upon us, we joked that we should 招兵买马 (literally, to recruit soldiers and buy horses, obviously for war, army and combat purposes. Now means to just increase the size and strength of a group, may not apply exclusively for military purposes), gather more troops and followers and overthrow the evil supervisor.

I took the joke even further, and said that after our great army has been formed, I will name Hong Wei "Commander-in-Chief" before we march on to battle, to face our destiny, for a brighter future. Hong Wei jokes additionally that he'd rather overthrow me and be king himself. XD

Upon the bus arriving at Tampines MRT Station, Andy and his friend said bye to us and headed off. Whoa, first time Andy didn't walk with us, lol. Hong Wei and I proceeded to the bank to get our ATM cards.

Man, I must admit, the database of the bank is extremely outdated. According to it, I still live in Ubi (which I moved out of and to Tampines eight years ago), and Hong Wei still live in Marine Vista (which he told me he moved out of and to Tampines twelve years ago). Time you guys do some updating on customers' particulars. :P

Lol, Hong Wei's old home reminds me of a certain computer operating system... :P

Man, and I gotta admit, the banker girl serving us looks quite cute, haha. Well, the other bankers were all old and unattractive-looking, so it's really no wonder. XP

We've got two choices: To get our ATM card immediately, without a name on it; or to wait for three to four days for one to be mailed to us, with our names imprinted on it. I chose the former, deciding that I need money to get over this financial crisis (:P), while Hong Wei decided to choose the latter. I changed my mind later. I won't be getting as much salary as compared to the amount of work I've put in anyway, so why bother...?

Damn that evil supervisor.

After exiting the bank, Hong Wei decided to accompany me to the two shopping centers as I tried looking for something I could buy to give to Jasmine as a birthday present. Or rather, I asked him to tag along so he can provide companionship and opinions. XD

He asked me to which do I wanted to go first, Tampines Mall or Century Square. I told him Tampines Mall, but somehow, just somehow, Hong Wei said that he needed to visit the toilet; said that nature was beckoning him (:P), and we somehow went into Century Square, lol. Maybe the toilet there is closer to our current location or something. o.O

Upon reaching the second floor, I got reminded of yesterday's MSN conversation with Vernon yesterday, when I tried to ask for his pro advice.

Samy [火神招来・風華招来・雷帝招来・水龍招来] says:
You know tomorrow's Jasmine's birthday, right?
Soul Edge says:

FUCK YOU.
Soul Edge says:
hahaha

Why was I reminded of this? You'll know when you visit Century Square's second floor.

But of course, I will not go and do what Vernon says. That place, I told Hong Wei, was a holy, sacred and forbidden place. In other words, we are to never approach it.

At the third floor, there was a shop that sells girls' stuff. I was thinking of popping in, but I hesitated after just stepping a foot in, where I noticed that everyone inside was girls, and four girls in a group saw two guys almost stepping in and giggled like mad. It took no time for Hong Wei and I to take a U-turn, reverse, and get the heck outta there. XD That was embarrassing, lmao, guys attempting to enter a girl's shop...

We went to the fourth floor. Went into Best, took a look at the laptops (where I wept on the price of my laptop dropping by three hundred bucks just three months after I bought it), took a look at the desktops (there was an urge for me to plug out the wireless receiver unit from the USB port, take it, along with the wireless mouse and wireless keyboard, and run the hell out XD I probably can use it at home XD), took a look at the vacuum cleaners (didn't have much time to do so; Hong Wei's an impatient one XD), and finally left.

Then we scrolled into Nokia. There was a real Nokia N95 on display. I don't like it. One, huge size. Two, difficulty in pressing buttons. Three, total confusion on display of layout. Guess I'm just not used to it. I do like a 5 megapixel camera though. XD

Caleb: Typo. You scrolled into Nokia? Strolled lol =)

Thanks for the correction, Caleb. :)

We decided not to continue up to the fifth floor, as we doubted there was anything up there for us (and besides, I'm already broke enough, don't wanna end up stepping into Comic Connection again and coming out with a bigger hole in my pocket XD), so we took the lift down and proceeded to Tampines Mall.

We found another girl's shop, but this one an accessories shop. Neither of us had the courage to step in. We ended up telling each other, "If you go, I'll go with you. If you don't, then I'll not go with you too." We then tried going. I knew that we would definitely hesitate, so I told Hong Wei, "Hesitate, and you will die." Then, we stopped hesitating, then I suddenly realized that we would definitely retreat, so I told him, "Retreat, and you will age." We still retreated in the end. XD

When we left, I told him the full thing. "The enemy is one. You are one. What is there to fear? Cast off your fear! Look forward! Move forward! Never stand still. Retreat, and you will age. Hesitate, and you will die. Shout! My name is... ZANGETSU!"

But the real full thing is:
"Why do you run, Ichigo? You still have not called me. Face forward, Ichigo. You should be able to hear it now. That which blocks your ears is worthless fear. The enemy is one, you are one. What is there to fear? Cast off your fear! Look forward! Go forward! Never stand still. Retreat, and you will age. Hesitate, and you will die. Shout! My name is.... 'Zangetsu'!"
We retreated. We're gonna age. :O

Since I'm bored, we might as well have a Chinese version. XD

“为什么要逃呢﹐一护﹖你还没有叫我。看着前面,一护。如今的你应该听得到。遮住你耳朵的是…毫无价值的恐惧心理。敌人只有一个。你也是一个人。那有什么好怕的?忘记那恐惧。看着前面。前进吧。千万不要停下来。退却只会衰老!胆小必招来死亡!叫吧!我的名字是…「斩月」!

And since we are at this, we might as well have the original, untranslated Japanese version! XD I'm wasting my time, lmao.

"なぜ逃げる 一護
お前はまだ私を呼んでいない
前を向け一護 今のお前になら聞こえる筈だ
お前の耳を塞いでいるのは 取るに足らぬ恐怖心
敵は一人 お前も一人 何を畏れることがある?
恐怖を捨てろ 前を見ろ 進め 決して立ち止まるな
退けば老いるぞ 臆せば死ぬぞ! 叫べ!!
我が名は・・・「斬月」!!"

"Naze nigeru, Ichigo? Omae wa mada watashi wo yonde inai. Mae o muke, Ichigo. Ima no omae ninara kikoeru hazu da. Omae no mimi wo fusai teiru no wa, toru ni taranu kyouhu shin. Teki wa hitori, omae mo hitori. Nani o osoreru koto ga aru? Kyouhu o sutero! Mae wo miro! Susume! Kesshite tachi tomaru na. Hike ba oiruzo! Okuse ba shinu zo! Sakebe! Waga nawa... 'Zangetsu'!!"

After that, we went to a game shop, wanting to see if there's Soulcalibur II for sale. Nope. There was a game for the PlayStation 3 on preview though. Its name is Folklore. The green eyes of the main character, who is a girl, reminds me of Rikku from Final Fantasy X and Final Fantasy X-2, haha. Whoa, I gotta admit, the graphics are stunningly beautiful, and the battle graphics and animation made me exclaim, "Oh my God!" If I have PS3, I'll buy it immediately! XD

I wanted to go into Toys 'R' Us, haha, telling Hong Wei, "It's for personal reasons!", but he probably knows that I'm just going to grab one of those toy swords there (or two ) and wreck havoc, so he told me to go in alone, saying that he would wait outside. XD

So instead, I didn't enter Toys 'R' Us. We went into next door Popular, scanned the manga shelves, no new manga, bleh.

We found something suitable already, but then, I'm going to have to delay buying it. My wallet is running a bit dangerously thin nowadays. ^_^" I'm sort of glad Jasmine would be busy nowadays and can only receive my present after she becomes free, lol. :P Why can't we be able to kill monsters and earn money just like in those RPGs? XD

After that, I felt a bit hungry, so I asked if Hong Wei wants to eat McDonald's with me. He didn't want to, so we said bye. Until I realized that the restaurant was crowded and I needed someone to look after my seat while I made my orders... So I summoned Hong Wei back. XD After looking after my seat, he left when I said bye and started eating, lol. After unwrapping my McChicken, I decided to look up, and whoa, Hong Wei is long gone already.

That's Shunpo for you! Though, using Shunpo in crowded Tampines Mall, isn't Hong Wei afraid of knocking someone down? o.O

While waiting for my bus at the bus interchange, I can't help but laugh at the bus driver of cup number 37's reaction when he stopped and not a single person was queuing up, neither did anyone go on board. XD Then, a while later, a double-decker bus number 69 came, and with it, five people jumped on board. Yes, only five. Where's bus 291, which queue has already formed a row and a half of people? Oh here it is, arrived just as I type this. Whoever invented mobile blogging, making use of mobile phones, is a genius, just like the guy who's invented Bluetooth. Hmm-hmm. *nods head* :)

Sigh, I just learnt that Tsubasa: RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE chapter 175, which I have been eagerly looking forward to since last week after reading chapter 174, won't be coming out this week, instead delayed to next week. Knowing that, in addition to the whole work-salary thing, has just made my day further worse. I'm so sorry to Jasmine for feeling that way, since today is her birthday after all. Sorry, Jas. :(

I want to protect you and that disappearing smile

Guess how I got today's blog post's title? ^_^ From the lyrics of D-tecnoLife, Bleach's second opening, haha. :)

I'm still looking forward to Tsubasa: RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE chapter 175, haha.

Did you know that the causeway bridge connecting Sentosa to Singapore was built a long eighteen years after the Singapore Cable Car system was built? For eighteen long years, people who wants to go to Sentosa were literally forced to pay huge sums of money to take the stupid cable car, as they can't travel by car, by bus, or by foot!

Yes, I was so bored I was wasting time reading the Wikipedia article on Sentosa instead of doing something productive, like playing RuneScape. But at least, hey, I'm learning something about the country in which I belong to and in which I am proud of. :P

Okay, nothing else miscellaneous to blog about. Onto today's events!

Today's Sunday, which means that there should be no work, but instead, as we have just moved to another new spot for our operations, that means more work for us to do. Besides, the pay for overtime on Sunday is a huge $10 per hour! That was just irresistible for both Hong Wei and Andy, both of who decided that they will come no matter what. Andy even told me yesterday, "If I don't go to work tomorrow, then 我就不叫 (I will not be called) Andy!" XD And well, since one of my factors for coming to work is to be with my friends, why not?

So, yesterday night, Hong Wei and I agreed to meet up at Tampines MRT Station at 7.30am and walk to the factory. Work starts at 8am by the way.

This morning, I left my house early, due to three reasons.
  1. My mother was being a naggin' pain-in-the-ass. =.=
  2. I had been the later one quite a few times already when meeting up with Hong Wei before work, and I'd like to be the early one for a change, or I'd feel bad XD
  3. I won't die. Because there is still something I must do. Okay, I quoted that from Syaoran from Tsubasa: RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE. :P But there IS something I must do, lol. What? You'll find out later on. Read on.
Okay, I just realized that I forgot to mention this in my previous blog posts (must have missed it out or some shit), but according to my chat log with Nathan (you'll find out why later), during work on 16 November (nine days ago), I received postcards from one of my colleagues. He has one whole stack of them (who knows where he got them), and after taking one look at them, I realized that they were by Singapore Tourism Board as a method of promoting tourism. You write a postcard to your overseas friend, inviting them to come to Singapore, and they will send it to you for free. :)

And oh, I got one large stack.

Well, that's nothing compared to what Hong Wei received though. ^_^"

Well, it'd be a waste to just dump it in my house where no one gives a damn about its fate of the postcards, I decided to send messages to whatever overseas friends I have on MSN (in which I met on RuneScape or through some other ways), asking them if they want to receive a postcard from me or not. XD

Well, I only managed to ask four, Nathan, Jason, Timmy and Peter. Nathan and Jason both declined. D: Peter, that nub, he didn't reply to me though, even though he's online right now. :( *pokes Peter* Timmy is okay though. :D

So yup, the thing that I said I must do just now, it was to send that postcard to Timmy, haha.

Lmao, the first bus ride of the day sure seems memorable. When I got up, whoa, the only people on board are an elderly woman passenger, and an equally elderly bus driver. Just when I thought as if I (almost) had the whole bus to myself, guess what? The bus driver was chatting with the woman similar to how most taxi drivers chat with their passengers, lmao. But very unfortunately, for that, he chose to drive slow like hell. -.- I had an urge to shout, "Uncle! 我赶时间! (I'm rushing for time!)" Lol.

Arriving at Tampines Bus Interchange after a bus ride from my house, I first headed the other way from Tampines MRT Station, where I am supposed to meet up with Hong Wei, to the Post Office in Tampines, and chucked the postcard into the slot where it says "Other Countries". I wonder when Timmy is going to receive that postcard. :P

Then, I went to Tampines MRT Station to meet up with Hong Wei. On the road I walked, I can see Tampines Mall and Century Square together in the distance, and figuring that they look great in the morning sun from a distance, I decided to take a photo. XD

I reached Tampines MRT Station at 7.10am, twenty minutes earlier, and started reading Reader's Digest, which I brought from my home. XD Oh, and I saw a girl wearing really sexy clothes at the MRT Station as well, seemingly also waiting for someone else. Feeling curious, I tried taking a look at her face to see whether she is cute or not without attracting her notice nor attraction.

I regretted that stupid action.

It also made me want to kneel down, weep and pound on the floor with my fists, crying out loud, "There are no more chio bus in Singapore!!"

Yup, that was Sanji from One Piece. XD I added the Japanese characters "あ" to indicate screaming and/or shouting, figuring that the white space on the right side (for those of you who are intelligent enough to figure this out, I flip the picture horizontally from the manga, so it reads left to right, as per traditional English way XD) is a bit empty, haha.

Oh fuck. I just realized that I accidentally ended up flipping the Japanese characters at the bottom as well. Oh well, ignore it, please.

At 7.30am, Hong Wei comes. Punctual, I know, but it'd be better if he came earlier instead. XD That stupid dry throat of mine acts up once again, and once again, we went into Cheers and bought two bottles of H2O. I stuck to Sparkling, while Hong Wei decided to try Apple. Hong Wei also bought for himself a hotdog wrapped with seaweed. And guess what? He paid for something worth $1.50 with a $50 note. -.- Rich guy.

And as we left the shop, I told him, "Now, we set off on our adventure."

It’s an adventure, right? Right?! In the world where truths turn into lies
I’ll become strong because dreams exist, not for someone’s sake
It’s the beginning, right? The beginning, right?!
Like beauty shining on darkness, midway on the adventure of me and you

Lol, lyrics from Bouken Desho Desho?, the second opening of The Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi, which translates to "It's an adventure, right? Right?" :P

Here's a map of our route. :O It's been a long time since I did one of these, lmao, since back when I used to cycle with Yujun...

The red (and later blue) line depicts our route.

We went pass Yujun and Yuchi's house quite briefly, haha. Didn't even bother to go up and say hello. :P When we reached Block 936, I recounted to Hong Wei that there was a really wide drain there, so when Yuchi and I went cycling last time, thanks to that stupid drain, Yuchi tripped, so I went running and finding a shop so I could buy a plaster. But when I finally found a shop, the Indian shopkeeper told me, "Ten cents.", and I realized, "Oh, shit! I didn't bring any money! ", so I ran all the way back to Yuchi, took his ten cents, ran all the way back to the shop again, bought that freaking plaster and then ran all the way back to Yuchi again. =.=

By the way, that shop in mind, it was in the middle of Block 935, which I pointed out to Hong Wei when we walked past it. XD

Where the line on the map turned from red to blue is where we realize that with five minutes to 8am, we were almost late, and decided to start running. XD

Let's start running, let's start running!
Deploying our flag up high in the sky.
We won't show it to anyone.
Even if we have tears in our eyes.
Let's chase it, let's chase it!
The compass pointing towards our dream
has a straight sight.
We won't stop.
Around the world!
Start me up!

Lmao, lyrics from Brand New World, the sixth opening of One Piece! :P

I gotta admit, man, all of a sudden, I was shocked to see that Hong Wei has worse stamina than me.

A little recounting first. Five years ago, back when I was in Primary 5, and back when Sean and Hong Wei were still my classmates (good old times ), our primary school organized an event called the "Fun Run" (lame name, I know). We just go to some park near the school (that particular park we went to was the one directly in the middle between our primary school and Yujun's house XD), and the girls would run four rounds while the boys wait, then the boys run four rounds while the girls cheer. I don't know why, but us boys would just sit down, chat and procrastinate, not giving a damn, when it's not our turn, while the girls would cheer on us with all their might, haha. :P

Well, Sean, Hong Wei and I were best friends then (still are, I hope XD), so we'd agree to run the four rounds together no matter what. But very sadly, my stamina greatly sucks (though I have evidence to believe that both my speed and acceleration, given my long legs, are better than theirs :D), so every time I would run out of energy after a while (a fact that still hasn't change after five years, sigh), and them, out of patience, would just leave me walking alone and run on ahead. =.=

Oh, and just to add something, after the beginning, I'd usually just walk through the entire thing, except past the strip of road where the girls are, cheering on us, when I sprint with full force. :P It's so obvious why I did that, isn't it? XD

Come to think of it, I remembered there was a certain 2.4km run/walk of the NAPFA test during one of this year's PE lessons. Yoshida and I (both of us with lousy stamina :P) were running together, but when we reached and ran past the school's front gate, where Fym was cheering on us (oh, almost forgot, Serene was there too ). I activated Gear Second and went Soru (in other words, I sprinted with all my might :P) past the gate, though I still ended up waiting for Yoshida after the gate, since that guy couldn't (or he could, just didn't in the four years that I know him XD) sprint, lmao.

Whoa, long flashback. Anyway, remember how I mention that Hong Wei had much better stamina than me? Come to think of it, I think he has the best stamina among Sean, him and I! He always last the longest whenever we play Ice&Water (oh my God! How I miss that game! XD Hong Wei, Sean and I were almost always playing as ice, lmao), and was almost always the one essential (oh my God! I actually forgot how to spell this word until I looked up the dictionary! ) in catching water, the other being Sean, who would always pop up out of nowhere, joins the game and catches the water with surprise. XD It's like the water (most often it was Wenjia who fell for this :P) runs away with us (Hong Wei and I) in pursuit behind. Just as he reaches a corner, Sean hops out of nowhere (hiding behind a wall or something beforehand) and grabs hold of a surprised and shocked Wenjia. XD

Ok, enough of recounting, or I'll never finish this blog. :P

Anyway, I was really god damned surprise to see that Hong Wei has even worse stamina than me now! While running to the factory, he would not only be running behind me (due to our speed differences :P), he would also stop and start walking instead very often! Oh my God! Hong Wei! What happened to you? What happened to the star player of our Ice team (Sean's trick can only be used once in game, lmao, before he joins it, or else he blows his cover, and no one falls for it any more, since everyone already knew that he was in game and tend to avoid him :P)?? O_O

We reached the factory at 7.59am, lmao! One more minute and we'd be late! XD

Andy though, poor thing, he ended up late. 8.05am. :P

Today seems to have increased my suspicious that the supervisor is actually a demon sent by the overlord of an evil realm to take over our world.

Well, what the hell, I won't let her have it her way. I won't let her take over our world. I'll stop her. I'll defeat her. Ore wa ano akuma ga taoseru! [俺はあの悪魔が倒せる! It means something like "I'll defeat that demon!", lol, but because of my lousy Japanese (which was learnt solely based on me watching anime :P), I think I might have got something wrong, haha]

But first, I want to learn how to draw my sword magically by clapping my hands and then just pulling my sword out of my left palm with my right hand like how Syaoran does it. =.= That should give me an element of surprise. I doubt she'll reveal her true form and attack me while I have a sword swinging around at my waist. While I'm at it, I might as well learn Syaoran's Raitei Shourai (雷帝招来), Kashin Shourai (火神招来), Fuuka Shourai (風華招来) and Suiryuu Shourai (水龍招来). =.=

Well, why would today increased that already huge suspicion (I can sense her evil aura emitting out of her...)? Because all of a sudden, for no apparent reason, she changed Hong Wei and my place, forcing us to work in different lines, with different people! As Hong Wei himself points out, "Finally we've gotten used to it and started settling down, and now this!" Somehow, I think that this is another one of her plots of break us (the first one being separating us. Why else were Fay and Yuui separated in Tsubasa: RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE? To break them, that's why).

Just imagine this scenario: There are two people (*randomly grabs names off my MSN list* :P), Nathan and Phil. Nathan lives in a hot desert, wearing very light and thin, white cloth to not only protect him from sunburn, but also keeps him cool. Phil, on the other hands, lives where snowstorms and blizzards are very common (*cough* Siberian winter conditions =.= *cough*), and wears very thick fur clothing to protect himself from the cold.

Now imagine what would happen if you switch their places. Throw Nathan into the snowstorm and Phil into the desert. Nathan, with his thin clothing, would immediately freeze to death. Phil, combined with his thick fur clothing, would get fried and receive a heatstroke. Worse, if he removes his thick clothing, he may prevent himself against heatstroke, but there's still sunburn and dehydration to worry about.

Yup, something like that. Forcefully changing the conditions of places in which two people live will drastically affect them, even kill them. By doing the same thing to Hong Wei and I, that evil supervisor is trying to kill us.

I won't let her kill us though. We will kill her before she does to us. Let's go, Hong Wei! *draws sword while Hong Wei draws his katana* BAN - KAI!

That woman is horrible. Give me a sword and I'll cut her down, no argument.

Other than that, I found work today relatively slack, lol. As there were still a long of things which needed to be moved, Hong Wei and I were once again arrowed to move them from the first floor to the fourth floor, along with four strong men. I found it slack because, one, we tend to rest and procrastinate a lot, two, we handle the light things, while the other four (and furthermore often with additional help from others, so we don't really have to do much) handle the difficult and heavy ones. :P

To make things better (worse for the boss and productivity though :P), Hong Wei and I kept going to the toilet, under the pretext of "washing our hands" (we have an excuse technically though. Those things that we moved were full of dust and dirt, our hands immediately turned black =.= Sadly they weren't charcoal, or I'd have burnt them and increased global warming).

Only once, we were slacking in the toilet when the boss walks in on us. O_O We immediately got out of the toilet without another additional word, where we got arrowed for more work, lmao. XD It was suicidal to stay inside the toilet with the boss, that's for sure.

During breakfast, Andy was complaining how cold it is inside the factory when even I, with shit immunity against cold, didn't felt it. Strange, lol. He was wearing his friend's jacket, apparently lazy to return it to him (XD), and Hong Wei suggested wearing that hood. Maybe it would make him feel warmer, lol. When he wore the hood and gave an expression telling us that he's acting cute. Being with Yoshida for already four years, he immediately reminded me of this:

Though guess what Hong Wei said? Little Red Riding Hood!! XD That got me bursting with laughter, haha. Good one, Hong Wei!

And work ends at 12pm, whoohooo. I felt like eating McDonald's for lunch, so I asked Hong Wei. He agreed, but expressed his strong displeasure at eating at McDonald's. -.- So we ended up agreeing to go to KFC instead. I asked Andy along as well, and he replied, "I don't mind. :)" After work, my father came and brought the three of us to Tampines central. I'm glad he didn't ask for transportation fees like last time.

We went to KFC. Both Hong Wei and I ordered two pieces chicken meals, but as I upsized my pepsi from regular to medium, mine cost $6.50, thirty cents more expensive than Hong Wei. Andy though, he ordered Zinger student meal and paid only $4. =.=

Hey, what the hell, lol. Every time we are at KFC, Vernon and I would always switch our coleslaw with whipped potato, since both of us hated it, but yet, I finally knew someone who is completely reversed! Andy likes coleslaw and hates whipped potato! XD Next time I eat KFC with him, neither of us has to change anything. We can just make trades after ordering them. XD

Somehow, after eating half of my second chicken, I felt an urge to vomit, and knew that I could not continue eating any more. I think the way they cook it just turns me off or something, who knows? It's been a long time since I ate KFC anyway. Just when I was going to leave it there and waste food (T_T), Andy comes and offers to eat it up for me! :D Thanks, Andy! Reminds me of when Vernon always used to just leave his chickens and I came and eat them. :P

In return, Andy couldn't finish half of his regular pepsi and gave it to me. ^_^

After lunch, we went to Comic Connection in Century Square and checked the manga.

After a long time, guess what I found? The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, volume 2! ^_^ I've never bought any Suzumiya Haruhi books, lol, but figuring out that I was a Haruhiist, I might as well buy it. Besides, Mikuru-chan just looks so cute on the cover!

XD

And then, guess what I found as well? Tsubasa: RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE volume 20! O_O Whoohooooo! The Singaporean version only published up to volume 16 (with 17 coming soon I think), but the Taiwanese version up to 20 already? Whoohooo! Of course, I bought it as well! :D

Then, which one to buy? Ah, heck, I just bought them both. XD

It was a fucking surprise to me when I realized that both of them costed $17.50. O______O What the fuck!? That was fucking expensive and way over my budget! Shit!! I borrowed $10 from rich Hong Wei. :P

Moral of the Story: Never ever buy stuff without price tags without first asking how much they cost. -.-

After that, the three of us went to play in the arcade. :D Andy and I each bought two dollars worth of tokens, just to play a bit, while Hong Wei decides not to waste any money and just to watch us play.

Andy first played Soulcalibur II alone. He used the character Kilik. Wow, the graphics of this game are nice. Kilik's swinging his rod produces light blue arcs, those were beautiful, haha. Reminds me of the game Arc the Lad: End of Darkness, where the main character, Edda, uses a rod as well, and when he swings them, he creates yellow arcs. XD

Andy got owned in the second fight, lol, 2-0. I wanted Hong Wei to play House of the Dead IV with me, even going as far as treating him (It was $2 per player per game, a barbarous ripoff -.-), but he didn't want to, so who cares, I got Andy to play. :P

Somehow, the accuracy of the gun I used sucks. It took me a long while to realize that where I am shooting is a bit further below and to the left of where I actually aimed, so I had to adjust to that. Unfortunately, though, that realization came a bit too late. ^_^" Andy was the one who lost all three lives first, haha, though I only managed to survive five minutes more than him. :P

Andy, with three tokens left, goes back to playing Soulcalibur II, with the two of us watching him play. He uses Kilik once again, and scored better this time; he lost the third fight with a score of 2-1.

After that, as I was rather bored, I suggest we find a game that can have two players, as Soulcaliber II only had one controller. I wanted to find a fighting game similar to Soulcaliber II, but the only two-player game there was a rather lame beat 'em up game, lol. Players can get briefcases and change their character's appearances and fighting styles. Andy's character always get transformed into a jiang shi when he gets the briefcase, lmao, in which he would loudly complain, "Wah lao! 我不要变僵尸! (I don't want to change to a jiang shi!)" XD

Being my first time playing that game, I died pretty fast though, although Andy made it rather far on his own, even beating a boss on his own. Though, his health just gets depleted bit by bit, and eventually, in the end, he lost. D:

The three of us then went to Tampines Bus Interchange together. Again, Andy was complaining that it was extremely cold, both in the factory and in the shopping centre. He was also wearing that jacket of his friend.

Though on our way to Tampines Bus Interchange, outside, under the hot sun, he was still wearing the jacket. o.O It was so stupid I couldn't resist not taking a photo while we walk. o.O

Again, very, very predictably, my bus arrives the moment we stepped foot into the bus interchange, and I ran off with a rushed "Bye!".

While I was having dinner at McDonald's, oh my fucking god, that noob who served me was a fucking idiot! I told him my order, and he just has to go through the monotony of repeating it for God's damned sake. And guess what? He freaking missed half of what I ordered!! Idiot! Worse, he just has to keep asking me what drink I want. *rolls eyes* Coca-cola for fuck's sake!! Isn't that the standard drink at McDonald's?! Or should I instead ask for Tiger beer?! Or maybe Carlsberg?

Oh, and to make shit worse, he had to keep referring to my receipt, with fairly simple orders, for about six to seven times! I'm so sorry if my orders were so complicated that they were out of your puny brain's ability to handle and process it! My sincerest apologies! And while we are at this, go fucking upgrade your brain to a better processor! I recommend Intel Pentium Dual-Core! Maybe it'd help you to serve two customers at once, which is obviously something that you'd screwed up big time at your current state! No wonder he ends up working at McDonald's, which I heard from my friends is very, very underpaid... He's an idiot, making stupid choices in his job opportunities.

And oh, on the way from Tampines Mart back home after dinner, it was raining (wasn't really a surprise, as it's stupid monsoon season now). There was a cute girl walking away from Tampines Mart as well, but poor her, she didn't have an umbrella and was walking in the rain, all drenched and wet. D: I wanted to snatch the umbrella away from my mother and offered it to her, but heck, I bet ALL of my money that my mother would nag, and there is nothing I hate more than a nagging mother (in which earns the top spot in my blog's dislike list ^_^).

Sigh, so sian lor... I decided, if I could help by sharing that pain, I will. I decided to walk under the rain with her as well. ^_^

It just reminds me of something that still to this day I regret. On a similarly rainy day, after school, I was walking out of school with my umbrella when I saw Huiping, without an umbrella and drenched wet under the rain. I thought of giving her my umbrella, so she doesn't have to be pelted by the hateful rain, but instead, I decided against it, an action to which I still regret today. Sigh...
