Today we celebrate my grandfather's birthday, whee. Come to think of it, the last time we celebrated that doesn't seem like last year... Maybe we followed the Chinese calendar on determining the day we celebrate his birthday. Or maybe we throw some other factors in. Or... meh. *searches for blog posts to check with day last year we celebrated grandfather's birthday* XD Oh my god, hax, I can't find it! Or I didn't blog about it? Eh... X( Ah who cares... XD
But damn, it sure doesn't feel as if one year has past since the last time we celebrated grandpa's birthday...
This afternoon I playing computer damn sian lor. My father talking on the phone, talk talk talk (he's using the wireless kitchen phone and talking in the living phone by the way), then suddenly say I got phone, so I took the phone at my computer table. Turns out it's my 'first' uncle (aiya, the most eldest out of my uncles lah. Oh, and Dave's father). Sian lor. I don't really like him. Always kisiao me one. -.- So the call wasn't a pleasant one either. Ask what if today is really grandfather's birthday or not. Like I have any freaking idea. I tulan just ask my father pick up phone and then just freaking hang up. XD
Then in the evening damn stupid lor. My mother went out in the afternoon, so house only left me and my father. I play computer play until headache (fuck the game I found involving you shooting hordes of zombies with a variety of firearms. Those no-life zombies just keep coming and coming and coming -.-), so don't play computer, but instead sit down on my bed reading manga (Pokémon Adventures, lol). My father come my room lie down try to sleep, blah. Then I hear my mother return, yet my father never hear, then when I told him my mother come home liao, he don't believe. -_- I spent a while trying to convince (more like argue though XD) him that my mother came home, but he still don't believe, so I made a bet with him. If my mother was home, he give me ten dollars. If my mother not home, I give him ten dollars. Then I shout for my mother, saying I'll give her five dollars if she come. XD Then she stupid stupid talking on the phone, die die must stand rooted on the ground (note that there is no wired phone in my house -_-), cannot come to bedroom show her freaking face like that. -_- Then I sian ah, went out and drag her in. -_________- Come to think of it, I still haven't got that ten bucks yet.
Then a while later, I still reading manga, my father still trying to sleep, then my mother panic and pandemonium liao. "I thought we going grandfather's house, why you all still down here slacking? Ahhhh hurry hurry, sky dropping liao!!" XD (Italics text is I add one, for emphasis XD) And me and my father atmosphere still calm calm, boh chub boh chub like that. Then a while later, buay tahan my mother finally we go get ready. XD
Reach grandfather's house only got Mark's family. Down there watching TV, what Pirates of the Carribean. Man, I dislike that show. Fucking main character wear so fucking thick make-up, like gay like that, so fucking disgusting. Still dare call himself a pirate. Pirates should be more handsome, like Luffy like that right? XD (Luffy not really THAT handsome lah, but he is when he stand beside that Jack Sparrow noob. Then again, anyone would be handsome when they stand beside him, even Ephraim o.O) So ya lah, I no interest in watching. Besides, grandfather's TV don't know what happened, quality damn shitty, can see mirror images one. Subtitles cannot read, plus parents talk so freaking loudly (if we were at a cinema, I'd have chuck popcorn at them trying to get them to shut up XD), so how Mark and his sisters watch is a miracle to me.
Damn sian lor, I sit down there nothing to do. Also cannot listen to music. I not as impolite as the adults okay, interrupting people watching TV. Then like 15 minutes like that I seebeh sian, ask for father's car key to go to car take my earphones then listen to music. I take it return to grandfather's house, then they preparing to leave for dinner already. -_- I go back take earphones for what nia. Think they wait for Dave's family wait until sian already, just go on ahead lor. XD
For some reason, we went to Bedok Reservoir to eat, which is also extremely near where Dave lives. Then when we reach there, Mark's family haven't reach yet. Turns out they sort of got lost lol. Then my father and I standing at the road there waiting for them to pass by, then tell them we are here. Then a long while later then they come. Then we all go to the coffeeshop where we are eating. The table my mother and grandfather are sitting on is so damn pathetically small, I doubt it can fit all of us (even before Dave's family arrived), lol. So Mark and I, together with his sisters, are like standing beside the table, refusing to sit down. Block everyone's way, lol.
Then Dave's family came, walking all the way from their house. Ho seh boh, no need waste car fuel. XD Then it's like thirteen (OH FUCKING SHIT! I DIDN'T REALIZE WE HAVE THIRTEEN PEOPLE! OMGOMGOGMOGMGOMGOGMGOMGGOMGOGMG!!!) people, cannot even fit inside that small table. Then we change to another table, then put one huge circular wood on the table to sorta enlarge it. It's like still too small cannot fit lol, so Dave, Mark and I were all refusing to sit down, standing up beside the table, you stare at me I stare at you, die die don't want sit and blocking one heck of a lot of peoples' ways. XD
Then we move table yet again. But then because the table was made larger than it actually is, it is blocking the way, lol. So after a while, the table beside ours became empty. I actually wanted us [us as in Dave, Wen Qian (Dave's sister), Mark, Mark's two sisters and me] to just occupy the empty table, the adults sit at the first one don't disturb us lah, but of course that idea is so fucking stupid no one would actually even bother to listen to it, so I only briefly and jokingly tell Mark lol, haha.
And you know why I dislike having dinner with adults? Read on.
Yersterday night the banquet I sitting with Dave what, then Mark on the other table, entire night only talk with him one sentence, don't feel really good (I mean, come on, blood is, after all, thicker than water. What the heck if you just focus all your attentions and interests on one cousin and heck care about the rest?), so I went to sit beside Mark, lol. Would be good if Dave can sit beside me as well, but I'm not gonna be an asshole and go all, "Oi, Dave, come fucking sit beside us so us three eldest guys of whatever-generation-we-are-in can pwnzorz the whole table!!" So in other words, he don't want sit with me also never mind, I won't mind that much lah. After all, I sat with him yersterday night anyway. XD
But then even if I don't be an asshole and shout for Dave, someone else's gonna be an asshole, snatch the baton away from you and do it for you anyway. So the adults, especially my lame father, are like, "Oi, Dave, come sit beside Samy lah." Damn asshole man, they don't know what does 'paiseh' means. -_- Damn fucking sian lah.
Then order drink, more paiseh man. I see like thirteen people all ordering drinks at once will surely fucking confuse the poor waitress or whatever you call those people serving drinks in coffee shop, so I don't order first lah. Then the adults damn asshole, "Eh, I thought you love drinks one, why this time don't order drink? Aiya never mind, just order lah. Eh, faster lah! Order lah!" Wah cheebye lor. Like they skip their phrases of maturity like that. -_-
So what I do? I just take my earphones, stuff them into my ears, shake my legs and pretend as if I'm listening to music (couldn't actually be bothered to turn the music on. Damn difficult to get my handphone out of the pockets of my jeans. So fucking tight), so I just pretend pretend lor, they say what cock I just ignore, then they also don't care. Better nia. -_- Then somehow I still get a can of coca-cola for me. -_- Mark chum lah, he follow me don't want confuse waitress, then he's only one with no drink, no one bothered to order for him. XD Then he only one to ask the waitress make a second trip. XD Waitress also kena confused by so many people ordering different types of drinks. First trip take one less straw, then second trip forget take the extra straw again, have to make a third trip. Pity. XD
Oh ya, then got one empty table beside us right? To prevent blocking the road, we moved to that table. How to move? Just carry that fucking piece of circular wood lor. XD
The dinner not bad lah, but then I eat damn fast, then nothing to do listening to music. XD Don't know why, my legs keep shaking non-stop, lol. Maybe it's because I'm freaking bored. Then when Mark finish, I chat with him about anime and polytechnic and stuff, lol. Then it's like I finish eating liao, then suddenly they take one more dish. They did that three times, to be exact. XD It's like eat finish liao still have to eat again, but nmaa, I didn't bother. They don't suit my appetite anyway.
Then it's like everybody finish liao, don't know waiting for what, sit down there I stare at you you stare at me for damn long, I damn bored, then want to get Mark to go walk around with me. Then that bugger don't want. Then I pester him damn long he also don't want. -_- Then I ask Dave, that bastard say what, "No need walk. Here no girls for you to see." Cheebye, like I purposely go around see girls like that. -_- I only want walk because I damn sian okay? Don't put me together with Ephraim, Yoshida, Vernon, they all, all those ti go bei okay? -.- Then I pester Mark once more lol, then he say what waiting for cake. Waiting for sky to drop down lah.
Then I really really damn boliao, take camera down there taking Dave's photos lol. Sometimes he like looking at me like 'what the fuck is he doing' like that? Aiya, sian, so I post the photos I took of him. XD

Then he went off to accompany his father (who is smoking). I damn bohliao also follow him. Then he reveals he already knew that I was taking his photo. Then I obviously act innocent right? "I playing games lah." XD Then he still what "Take guys' photos go home see. Take photos of girls also same tactic right? 'I playing game.'" Wah lao, that fucking cheebye... XD Then I obviously damn buaysong right? Gave him a few punches lol... Aiya, I hate it when he switches to his playful mode lah, what taking guy' photos go home see, and what take photos of girls. -_- Eldest one some more leh, he. You should listen to Mark talk about Dave leh. Everytime use "老大" to refer to him. Although he eldest lah, but then Mark refer to him still so much respect one, lol. Like Franky Family call Franky "aniki" like that, so much respect nia. Then Dave sometimes still so fucking playful. -_- XD
Then dessert came lor, although I highly doubt that we even order any dessert. XD I just eat like five or six like that, to shut the adults up ("Oi! Why you don't want eat lah? Eat lah! Oi, eat lah!!"), so just eat lor. Then finish eating damn sian, don't know waiting for sky to drop down or what, Mark and I start talking about Genting, lol. Man, Genting's seriously my favorite place for a holiday. Cool climate, reasonable prices, short travelling distance, variety of things to do there, yeah. XD
Of course got a lot of things to talk about lah. Apparently Mark went to Genting three months ago with a group of friends lol. Damn song sia he, can go without parents. If I can go to Genting with like Dave and Mark, maybe add a few nakama here and there (might be a problem, lol, they wouldn't really know each other well. Besides, a large group is difficult to handle), without any parents, wah damn song ah I tell you.
Then after a while the cake come, then we were forced to sit beside grandfather, while the adults go to the other side of the table take photos and all those shit. Then sing birthday song Dave and I like sian sian like that don't want to sing, only down there clapping lol. Then Mark sing damn loud, like leading everyone in their singing like that. XD XD Go Mark, our lead singer!! XD XD
Now Dave, Mark and I all sitting close to each other, damn easy for chatting, whoohoo. We all talk a lot about Genting [but it's mostly Mark and I. Dave short term memory, forgot what happened in Genting last time the two of us went, while my memory damn good (just kidding lah, it's just that I blog about it and occassionally go back to read my previous blog posts to refresh my mind XD Good memories, lol, that's why I blog anyway), and Mark just went three months ago]. Aiya, might as well quote from my blog rather then retype everything.
I told him about the Highland Hotel room incident:
"The hotel room had some sort of eery and ghost-like, yet constant sound effect. Dave's sister thought it was a vacuum. She opened the door, looked to the left and indeed find a vacuum the housekeepers use. Unplugged and turned off. :S
She slammed the door shut. Literally. The sound is still there. I went out and found the vacuum, unplugged and turned off too. :S Dave thought of it being some sort of supernatural, being there people in Genting who commit suicide after losing at the casino. Sounds lame.
Turns out the sounds come from when the heavy winds blow at the windows. If you open the windows, which can only be opened a little (probably to prevent people from jumping out *rolls eyes*), the winds blow into the room, causing the sound effect. Thus, the door is extremely hard to open, having to pull it against the direction of the wind. But if you manage, the wind quickly blow outside of the room, causing a huge wind to blow in to replace the lack of air in the room. This causes the windows to slam with a DON!. Had fun playing with it. Dave was the one who managed to find out this Physics thingummywut. Applaud him."
Ah, freaking hell, I forgot to mention the weather. It was extremely rainy and windy, lol. Aiya, whatever lah. Dave like blur blur like that, like forgot what happened liao. And come on, it was him who managed to discover the principles behind it!
And I told Mark about this one which we encountered in Ripley's Believe It Or Not as well:
"I still remember there was a mirror on the wall. Above is the caption "Can you roll your tongue like this?" while on the left and right are pictures of people ridiculously rolling their tongues in stupid ways. Dave and I tried for a while. We then heard laughter. I tried looking through the mirror, turns out to be a glass and the people across the glass can see us rolling our tongues. Shitty hell. XD Was mad at that time, but now that I think about it, it's funny. Rofl. XD Went all the way around, and we found the glass. Above is a quote that says "There is a sucker born every minute." Roflmao."
Roflmao, thinking about that still makes me laugh. XD Dave trying to deny he make funny faces rolling his tongue, and that only I did it, lol. Freaking lamer. -_- Then I told Mark that both of us ended up adding "There is a sucker born every minute." to our MSN nicks, and again, Dave denies. -_- Lame lor that guy, it was upon seeing his MSN nick that I also used it for mine. -_-
Then I talked about outside the Ripley's Believe It Or Not. Mark didn't notice the Berlin Wall (reminds me of a video I watched in YouTube. Some reporter interviews random Americans on the street and asks questions, all in the name of 'determining the intelligence level of Americans'. Then one of the last question asks, "Where is the Berlin Wall?" The guy pause for a while, think damn long, then skip to another guy being asked another question. Finish liao go back to the first guy again, still thinking. Then skip to yet another guy asking another question. Then finally went to the first guy again. He paused for damn long time, then finally speak, "I don't know the answer, but I'm thinking." The reporter laughingly replied, "Okay." Then he think damn long, look away into the distance, and guessed, "Israel?" XD Fucking genius, Berlin Wall is in Berlin lah!!) outside, and then we talked about some device outside Ripley's Believe It Or Not. The black spinning thing when you put in a coin and watch it spin spin spin then drop inside a hole. Before I even wanted to say that I put my coin spin spin spin, see it almost drop quickly reach in, take it back and make it spin again, Dave told Mark that for me. -_- Freaking hell, his memory remember what shit leh. XD Then Mark tell me about him and his friends, take all one-cent coins (in Malaysian currency), spin spin spin. XD Imagine one whole horde of one-cent coins spinning lol. I oughta give that a try. Anyway, Malaysian's one-cent coin worthless one lah, 0.450726 cents only, not even worth half a cent. XD
Then he talked about the Haunted House attraction, which neither Dave nor me ever went before. He say that there was a girl in front of him and his friends there. Then suddenly one ghost came and grab her leg from below. XD I'm praying Ephraim's not reading this, or else he'll go horny and, "Oooooh! Let me be that ghost! Then I can look up her skirt!!" X( Ack, shit. Think no evil think no evil think no evil think no evil think no evil think no evil...
Anyway, I told him about the heavy mist we encountered there, and we spent the whole time in the arcade with practice shooting (Dave asks, "What the hell is that?") and playing Pokémon: Mystery Dungeon in the room, the latter which neither Dave nor Mark has any interest in further elaborating or asking respectively. XD
Then I asked Mark if he went swimming there. He didn't, lol, just because he didn't bring his swimming trunks. XD Then I told Mark how Dave refused to swim, choosing to sit down, guarding our belonging and playing my Game Boy XD (that was about two or three years ago, by the way). Then Dave retorts that the water is so cold, it'd be crazy to swim. Then I retort back that the water is actually hot to counter the temperature, and Mark said that while he went past the swimming pool riding the Flying Dragon, he can see steam from the water, lol. Dave too ignorant liao. XD Then he talk about the outdoor swimming pool. Okay, that one is really super damn cold lor. Then I told Dave, "Ya lah, so cold still want drag our mothers down there swim." XD Mark was like blur blur lah, because the outdoor swimming pool went closed a long time ago and haven't come back up yet (I mean, the water's gonna be fucking cold because it's outdoor, and a large sum of money would be required to heat it up. Hey, it's freaking outdoor, so might as well close it right?), lol.
Still got a lot lah. But now 12.30AM liao. Tomorrow still got school. :( I covered most of the main points anyway. XD
Then we went home. For some reason, Mark and I, on our way to the carpark, were talking about MSN. Mark tells me that his MSN list, under 'Relatives', only has Edmond and I, lol, and if the list states that one person is online, he can be absolutely sure that the guy online is me and not Edmond. XD I promised to tell him Dave's e-mail address next time he come online so his 'Relatives' section wouldn't be so empty, lol. He should follow me nia, I put 'family'. -.-
Mark went on ahead, because his father kanchiong spider already got the van ready to go. XD Then Dave went playful mode again (forgot what he said X(), made me want to beat him up lol. Then I just punch a few times push a few times trying to stop him. Then see his father coming I run away lol.
I love spending time with my nakama. XD
